  Hope was an amazing, professional, and efficient worker while helping guide us through the rental process while also dealing with an Adjuster issue through insurance. She was patient, kind, and helped us see it through while being SWAMPED with work and customers. She is a Rockstar!

  I drove to Spokane from SC to see some family. The car I rented in SC, the tire kept losing a lot of tire pressure. I was tired of having to keep stopping for air and when I got to Spokane Valley I called this store for some help. I talked to a young lady with long blonde hair and she was so kind and helpful! She and Jesus got me into a different car and got me on my way! The car was beautifully cleaned when we got in. The girl there that cleaned them was in the office at the time and she was just as wonderful. They all took pride in their work and I was so grateful!! Everyone there helping someone, they were checking every tire too as they walked by the cars. The place was clean, friendly and efficient!! I highly recommend!! From very happy customer!!! Great job team!!!

  For those of us who haven't used a hybrid, Enterprise just told us not to use the electric option. Instead of educating us on it real quick. Which I thought was odd after I asked. I could've gotten better gas mileage and power for the long distance drive I was taking. They seem to be always short staffed as well. Other then that, very friendly staff.

  Everybody was rude and nobody wanted to help me.. EXCEPT an exceptionally motivated, very bright, smiley and chipper young lady named Andy. When all I was getting was questions and keyboard punching from the other gentleman present. Andy jumped right up, told me she could help me, grabbed my keys...said with a huge smile "Let's take a look!" I asked her, is there any way that I can get the rental car washed, she says no problem... didn't pause.. hopped right up smiling the whole time. She really made the whole experience a lot better. If you find yourself in need of a car from enterprise rental car in spokane valley, make sure you stop in and ask for Andy. Your whole experience will improve. I sincerely hope her supervisor reads this review.
