  I had a good experience with enterprise Rent-A-Car both at the Spokane Valley location and the Post Falls location. Both pick up and drop off was fast and easy and most appreciated. As a fair warning to other Customer that plan to use their own car insurance Coverage for the rental car. Most car insurance companies do not cover loss of use Of the rental vehicle in the event of an accident. So check with your insurance company before renting. And maybe add-on loss of use coverage with Enterprise directly if your Insurance company does not offer it. Ask your insurance company in general to compare coverages so that you are not left unprotected. Also ALWAYS pull out your cell phone and do a slow video walk-through of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Do this at Pick Up and when you Drop it Off this way you cannot be blamed for damage that you did not cause .

  Meegan made coming back to Enterprise after renting for over 10 years.. I had a bad experience and took my business elsewhere. However I made the decision to come back and it was worth it. It was the fastest, easiest and friendliest experience to date. Even after throwing last minute changes to my reservation. Thank you so much!

  Understandably, local spring break time made reservations tough for a few different types of businesses. However, especially having been through their interview process (which is not professional in any sense) there was no excuse for me to show up to this location to hear "sorry, spring break again, we have nothing in Spokane". Since I was informed of how much fleet there is, and how it's basically impossible to not have available vehicles (unless you want a box truck for the family) this clearly shows history, which was addressed, so as being "#1 in the game" but not having a solution for it by now, is a little puzzling. And why is there only 1 employee working counter during this "Spring break rush"? I waited 15 minutes to ask a question that took 4 seconds to answer. I was not expecting a response like that.

  My experience at Enterprise was excellent. They picked me up at my hotel in Spokanne (even though I did the reservation wrong) and I dropped it off in Bellingham the same day. The staff in both stores was incredible. It was easy from start to finish. I highly recommend.
