Manager doesn't like to follow the stores actual policy's on returns. Says yea he'll do his job right. Then 5 min later after I thought he was doing the return comes back and says he can't do my return? Brand new in the box. But didn't have the receipt and for some reason it wasn't under my phone number. Matter o fact the phone number wasn't even under my name either! Not my fault! So what im now just stuck with the wrong parts?! I just wanted traded out the right parts he said and acted like he was doing it and than comes and tells me he can't do it without a code? Half tempted to call corporate because he doesn't want to honor their franchise store policy's. He's above that I guess?

Thanks Austin! Wow! Popped in to grab a new cabin air filter for the Subie and not only did he volunteer to put it in for me, he fixed my glove box that I didn't even realize was missing a tab AND upgraded it to soft close, found a bolt that wasn't put back where it goes under my hood, and then taught me more about my COBB in 5 minutes than I knew cumulatively. Everyone here is great but gotta say Austin goes over and above to help out every single time and best part is, it seems to just be how the dude moves through the world. This is the level of cs that makes me want to spend money lol.
