  After loading up from the storage unit, dusk came and I realized I didn't have working headlights. Randy helped me figure out if it was a fuse or if the bulbs went out at the same time. Then he did all the work to change the burnt out bulbs. I'm very grateful for his help and can proceed on my way home to PF. Thank you Randy for your high level of customer service!

  Went to this location yesterday and a tall white haired guy with gray shirt was standing out side the front of the store smoking a cigarette. Seem like a manager of sort and not caring that people were around. I thought you couldn't smoking within 25 feet of a stores entrance. I guess the rules dont apply to this guy either. I decided to go down the street to O'Reilly's i knew they had what I needed. I paid more for it but wasn't going to support a company that dont take customer service seriously. !!!!!!UPDATE!!!!!! I have gone back to this location couple of time since my last review the staff was wonderful. There were two employees in red shirts (one name was Austin and the others name is Scott)that were very helpful and went above my expectations. The one grey shirt i had a problem with was there and seemed like he would rather be somewhere else then in the store. He seem to have a very short fuse when other asking him for his password. I dont think this is what your customers should have to see. I have still want to continue shopping at autozone cause the prices are what I like i think I will go to the one in the Yokes Shopping Center off of Montgomery.

  Manager doesn't like to follow the stores actual policy's on returns. Says yea he'll do his job right. Then 5 min later after I thought he was doing the return comes back and says he can't do my return? Brand new in the box. But didn't have the receipt and for some reason it wasn't under my phone number. Matter o fact the phone number wasn't even under my name either! Not my fault! So what im now just stuck with the wrong parts?! I just wanted traded out the right parts he said and acted like he was doing it and than comes and tells me he can't do it without a code? Half tempted to call corporate because he doesn't want to honor their franchise store policy's. He's above that I guess?
