  I had a full inspection done for my CRV, and the experience was absolute class. Thorough and detailed work, the job was finished in a timely manner, and the staff was highly professional- I’m a lady, and I didn’t feel talked-down to. Got my moneys worth for sure. Highly recommend!

  The staff are very friendly and I was impressed how fast they were able to get me in for their multipoint inspection, they took pictures and video of the issues that needed to be taken care of and texted me the inspection list and qoutes for the repairs to me. And price to do the work was fair, also the shop is one of the cleanest I have seen. It would be worth your time to check them out

  Great mechanics. I’ve been going there for about 8 years. My car is getting older, 2016 now, but still running great. They are always upfront about upcoming repairs as well so you can anticipate what will be needed. My car doesn’t break down if I keep up on all the recommendations.

  High praise for Gere Auto for diagnosing and solving several complex issues for my father-in-law's beloved PT Cruiser. Highly recommended for big problems or basic maintenance! At 85 years old, my father-in-law's PT Cruiser fell into disrepair. It was leaking oil and coolant, overheating, and struggling to start even though the engine was replaced just two years ago at a Chrysler dealer. The car's value is completely sentimental, the cause of the issues was unclear, and PTs are notoriously difficult to service, so we were uncertain if it was worth repairing. Gere Auto took time to talk through the details of work and potential costs every step of the way, and also pushed the engine manufacturer to cover some work under warranty. Their highly skilled mechanics were able to diagnose the issues, make the necessary repairs, and even correct poor work by the dealership. The final cost was very reasonable and less than we initially expected. The PT is running nicely, and it's been a pleasure to drive this summer with the convertible top down!

  On our 50th anniversary trip our transmission went out on our old GMC Yukon and we crawled into Gere Auto Repair in Snoqualmie. They were fantastic! Knew exactly what transmission to order, pricing, and time frame for the repair. They referred us to Enterprise Rentals in Issaquah, WA and we were able to continue our trip to Victoria, BC. They did a great job on our Yukon and did their best to keep us on schedule for our return trip home (we had to add one day is all). We accidentally left a souvenir bag in their waiting room and they boxed it up and sent it to us. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and very good mechanics! We highly recommend them.
