  I am beyond pleased! John, the owner, was above and beyond from the moment I walked in the door. Great shop, great mechanics, in and out and on my way. Listen I have a 11 year old car I need to keep tuned and on the road, these are my guys!

  Honestly, if you need a little work, or as it happens quite a bit of work on your vehicle, THIS is the place to bring it! John, the General Manager was honest and forthcoming with the entire process. He recommended a reasonable towing service, more than matched the competitors estimate and completed the services needed in record time. These guys are the REAL deal in the way a service industry should run. Putting the customer first. I highly recommend anyone needing service to their vehicle to check out TheWrench!

  I have to say that I am a regular at this place. They know me by name my car and the work they have done on my vehicles. Both all I can say is this is a great shop wonderful and friendly people and they’re always willing to work with you the shop the wrench is the best.

  Look no further. This is the repair shop for you. I’m from Oklahoma City, OK, and was in Silverdale visiting family. I brought my vehicle to John after the serpentine belt and the tensioner pulley began going out. They quickly assessed my vehicle, and confirmed what I had suspected. John also advised of a coolant leak, knowing that my children and I had a long road trip back to Oklahoma. The repairs were made, and my vehicle was back on the road later that day…at a good price point as well. John displayed concern for my situation as I was over a barrel. My sister who is local to the Silverdale area will be using The Wrench, Ltd. going forward. Rex Grange, Oklahoma City.

  Went in to get my front brakes and rotors changed and they were very quick and professional about it . Called them the day before , got my vehicle in the next day in the morning and by the afternoon , it was good to go . John was very accommodating as I had already purchased parts as I was planning on doing the change myself , but when I found out I needed to change the rotors too , I was not going to jeopardize my own safety to save a few bucks . I am very thankful for the services provided and look forward to continuing business with the Wrench .
