  Can not contact the store to speak to anyone for questions. Dropped off night before, no where tells you can do this. Car was there all day, picked up just before closing. Never had a discussion on services completed, what to do with tape on windshield (when to remove) or how long to not get the windshield wet. Staff was friendly but offered nothing extra. Will find another location if I ever need glass repair again,

  Quick and Easy to make an appointment for rock chip repair. Car was taken in right on time and the repair turned out great. Thanks for the friendly and great service.

  They did a fantastic job replacing my windshield that had a crack alongside the whole windshield. Price was the same as quoted online, as I booked online and payed in advance price remained the same so I was satisfied. They worked really hard as they were short staffed that evening which was not their fault but they made my car windshield look flawless despite the hurdle. Thank you Safelite.

  Made an appointment, showed up early, waited an hour and a half for them to tell me that they didn't have a replacement windshield for me and I'd have to reschedule. Incompetence meets sloth. When asked if this waste of my time warranted any sort of discount, I was told "You aren't paying us, you're paying your insurance company!" Way to matrix dodge the responsibility Safelite!
