  The technician, Erika, who replaced our windshield was professional, friendly, and very competent. She patiently worked with me to mitigate environmental and weather challenges in order to get the windshield replaced and recalibrated.

  From my very first experience with Safelite to today’s windshield replacement, I’ve been consistently impressed by the professionalism and customer service. A special thank you to Jose for taking such great care of me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to help me find a much better price for the correct windshield with the rain and light sensors. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The installation was excellent, and I truly appreciate the honesty, kindness, and outstanding service I received throughout the process. I also want to thank Denise who has been in contact with me from the beginning —she set the pace of great customer service and going above and beyond to ensure I got a great price with what I needed done. Thank you, Jose, and the entire Safelite team! I highly recommend Safelite and will gladly use them again in the future.

  Appt was made several days in advance for new windshield and calibration under insurance. An hour after my appt time and arrival, I was notified they had ordered the wrong windshield and I'd need to come back the next day. Absolutely no apology. I had to drive 45 minutes each way to return yet again the next day. The evening before the second appt, I received one email that said my appt had been moved to Everett from Silverdale - several hours away. The second email is I would have to request recalibration of the navigation system. I was already driving to my appt when I saw these. I asked the same lady why I'd received these and she just shrugged. At this point I was pretty pissed off. But they put the windshield in promptly. I've used Safelite before with great service.

  Austin is truly an outstanding technician. He's highly professional, incredibly skilled, and at the same time friendly and approachable. His attention to detail is exceptional, and he never lets obstacles affect the quality of his work. During my last calibration, he never made me feel rushed, even though it meant delaying the rest of his day. Instead, he took ownership of the situation and made sure everything was done properly. He also took the time to explain every step thoroughly, making sure I understood the process. Austin's work ethic, dedication, and commitment to doing things the right way are rare to find. He truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides.
