  Super easy to schedule online they were on time and efficient. Clean waiting area with complimentary beverages. They do have internet. They do try and upsell some options with windshield wipers Etc but that's okay they're just trying to make a living

  Quick, easy and affordable to get a crack repaired as soon as I saw it starting. Had to replace a windshield a few years back, because I ignored a crack that suddenly grew too big for repair. Peace of mind to get the crack repaired early

  First work was not done correctly. Scheduled warranty work with an appointment day and time. On their own, they changed the time from a scheduled appointment to a drop off appointment meaning they’ll get to my vehicle when it is convenient for them. You’re not able to contact the shop directly you have to go through their customer service department who have zero knowledge of the situation.

  I would give this branch 10 stars if I could. Exceptional customer service from the store manager here! I came in for a follow-up appointment for what I suspected was an issue with a recent glass installation. While I was talking with the receptionist, the manager overheard our conversation from her office, immediately stepped out, and offered to take a look herself. She walked straight out to my car and diagnosed the problem within minutes—it turned out to be a rattle in the defrost blower, completely unrelated to the glass work. Instead of making me sit in the waiting room, she took proactive ownership, saved me a ton of time, and pinpointed the issue right away. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused leadership. Highly recommend this Silverdale location!
