  I usually never have problems with enterprise but this location is not the best. I went through Priceline and the deal is where they pick out the vehicle for you. Never had a problem with this at the other location. Especially since I made a reservation. I ended up getting a Mitsubishi, the 4 cylinder economy sized one. But when I look online for that same vehicle it’s going for even less. So I ended up paying 175 dollars for 3 days….

  Had a good first time experience here. Tom B. Who helped me was a really good guy to work with. Only issue I had was a plastic pannel that had been zip tied on under the car would come down and scrape the pavement if i went about 20 mph so I had to get out and push it back into the hole about 10 times which they gave me a little bit of compensation for. Just figured someone else probably experienced it before me without it being fixed . I will use there services again for sure though .

  Had a very good experience renting from this location. Tom and Martin were both friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I will rent from here again.

  Make sure they take 10-12 photos of the car. And have them dry it even if it’s wet. You can’t see scratches on a wet car as easily. They also use poor res iPad cams. CYOA

  The Enterprise on Aurora Ave in Shoreline WA is excellent. We have rented here multiple times and will continue to do so. The staff is polite, professional, courteous and efficient. They call on the day of the rental to confirm. The cars are clean and in excellent condition and ready when we arrive.
