  If there was below 1 star I would give to this guy who was very rude and unprofessional at his work. He gave us his attitude before we even started as we’re going to have a simple conversation about what we need to do. Maybe this guy needs to train him what is customer service means and why is so important to him or his business because without the customer you don’t have business.

  Dana is a scammer. I brought my 2003 ford focus zx3 in for rough idle and wanted to get a diag and smoke test done. I asked for some pictures or video of the smoke test. Basically ripped me off for 209 dollars and told me there was nothing wrong with my car and to bring it in in a month when it breaks down. Like what mechanic tells you that. So I bring it to another mechanic that took a video of the smoke test(by the way i never asked him either, he just did.). And confirmed my egr valve was leaking. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! They will rip you off and when you call them out and ask for a refund he trys to act like a tough guy. Also just look on bbb and yelp. There is no way these scumbags should have a 4 plus star review. They obviously are paying to have there reviews boosted so they can try to bury all the bad work they do.

  Had a surprise coolant hose leak while on a road trip, called Bucky's in a panic. We came in without an appointment after noon on a Saturday and had the part in and fixed by 3 PM. Not only was David fast at diagnostics, he was also really clear when explaining what had failed. Definitely earned our trust.
