  ⭐☆☆☆☆ One Star I would have loved to leave a detailed review of my customer service experience, but that would require someone answering the phone. After multiple attempts, I started wondering if the office was actually a highly classified government facility instead of a rental car business. The only thing more elusive than reaching an employee was finding evidence of happy customers. Based on my experience, communication appears to be operating on a ‘we’ll get back to you eventually… maybe’ business model. If you’re looking for a rental car, bring patience, a backup plan, and possibly a carrier pigeon. At least the pigeon might respond. One star because zero wasn’t an option.

  This is by far the absolute worst run enterprise I’ve ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. Count on zero help and massive attitude when dealt problem after problem with trying to rent a car, for extra NON-assistance be sure to ask for Zachary. He’ll take absolutely zero care of you and sass you free of charge in top of it. This location doesn’t over any service only privileges you might be able to attain if you jump through their infinite hoops. Go to hertz. 0/10. Save yourself. Go to hertz or Turo. Or buy a car.
