Another company gone into automated system that throws customer service out the window Ill be trying to use local independent again from now on Awful business model for customer satisfaction

Barbara really went over and beyond on helping me I was going to do a windshield replacement but ended up going with sealing it. Barbara was on top of it she said we should try to fix it before replacement. I had went in there about year and half ago over a tiny crack but the guy behind the counter had given me false information and Barbara was able to professionally tell me that wasn’t accurate. I am very thankful for her kindness and generosity and honesty! Her and I went to go look at the crack together she said to easy let’s fix it. Technician’s did a great job on sealing my crack! Thank you guys for good service!
