  Oil change in a truck, new filter, great customer service, good vibes in the bay. The water misters were a nice treat. In and out in 15 minutes. 10/10

  I've been to this Valvoline location several times, and every experience has been outstanding. The team is always professional, friendly, and never makes you feel pressured into buying things you don't need. A huge shout-out to Daniell, who helped me today. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, took the time to explain what was going on, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. It's rare to find customer service like that anymore. The entire crew worked efficiently, had great attitudes, and made the whole experience quick and stress-free. This is exactly why I keep coming back. If you're looking for honest, knowledgeable people who truly care about their customers, this is the place to go. They definitely earned a lifelong customer!

  I had a minor issue with my service and Valvoline made it right. They contacted me the following day and asked me to come in to double check my service. They treated me extremely well and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend using the Valvoline in Selah, they have always treated me great and provided a wonderful service.

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline in Selah. The manager and employees were professional, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The oil change was completed quickly, and the team made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. It’s refreshing to find a business with such a positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Valvoline in Selah to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and exceptional service. Manager and his experience were a standout and I will now be back for a transmission service.
