The oil change service today was a nightmare. Upon completion of my oil change, all of the oil in my car leaked out approximately one block from the Valvoline oil change place. The oil pressure light was on and my car started knocking. I have used VOC for many years, however, after this experience, I won’t be returning. There were oily hand prints all over the car. They had oil everywhere. I had to put a tarp on my garage floor to catch the oil. To close this out, it almost seems that it was done on purpose.

The staff was very knowledgeable, quick and professional. They were very thorough. I realized my transfer case and differential fluids had not been changed in quite a while. They changed it quickly and the price was fair. They treated me personally and not like a number.
