  Took my car here for my 100k service and front brakes, and it took me a week to get the rest of my services done somewhere else because they really charge soooo much here along with trying to add a bunch more other things I didn’t need. turns out when they bleed my back brakes didn't refill the liquid or my coolant reservoir. Pretty sure no tire rotation either was done. My brakes squeaked even more a day after so they didn’t even care to the most damaged brakes , because they wanted to charge me for rotors. I'm pretty unhappy with my service with you guys, I just had to spend another $700 on top of what I spent. 1400 later they didn’t complete the agreed services. Don’t recommend. Im kicking myself for not asking my friends and neighbors about them sooner. They had all said how much they screwed them too

  My sister who is 73 and just lost her husband went here to get help with a fuel (sputtering issue) with her 1995 Buick Roadmaster. They wanted to do everything to fix the problem including replacing the exhaust manifold. My husband who is a mechanic told her to just do the tuneup part, filters,plugs, plugwires, coil. She talk to them about just that and they quoted her $2000. Seriouly?? I think they just saw her coming. Elderly and a woman. So just to let the owners know, she didnt put me up to this review and doesnt know. I sent her info from an estimate done by AI at shop hours at $160 an hour and it estimated between $700 to $1100 for that tune up setvice with parts. So shame on you. So in response to your reply. If she was satisfied she would not have complained to me. I looked at your reveiws and other women made comments about your prices and going elsewhere.

  Gateway automotive is absolutely amazing, Tony got me in on the fly and really came thru for me ,got my truck back on the road in a flash I would recommend these guys above any one here in washington ,thanks

  Called on a Thursday needing some desperate help with my Mazda 3. One of the better experiences I’ve had with a shop. Specifically TONY! They were able to get my beater back on the road ASAP. Will definitely be returning to the business with my other vehicles.
