  Happy this location is open. Had no wait for my service. Staff were helpful and friendly and did not do any hard push sales. Got exactly what I needed done and was well priced

  I have never experienced this level of lack of urgency from a company after a service mistake. The oil filter was not tightened properly during my oil change, which caused my vehicle to leak oil heavily and smoke after only driving about 2 miles. What was most disappointing was the response afterward. I was left dealing with the situation on my own, spent over an hour trying to reach the store because there was no direct phone number, and was told I may need to arrange and pay for a tow myself. Even after being told someone would arrive in about 10 minutes, I waited much longer. In total, I waited approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes before someone finally came to help. A mistake can happen, but the way a company responds when a customer is put in a potentially dangerous situation shows their true level of customer care.After everything happen no body apologized or even get back to me . I wouldn’t recommend this place and Valvoline have the worst costumer support

  Both Colin and Patience assisted me with an oil change, differential fluid change, and manual transmission fluid change. They were so warm and welcoming and hard working. I was very impressed. Thank you so much for doing great work!!

  My wife from Virginia stopped here a few days ago and staff member named patience was extremely kind and helpful too my wife when it came to explaining car issue and showed her pictures and made sure she understood how her car works. The best valvoline in the country

  I occasionally get my oil changed at Valvoline locations out of convenience, not because I don’t know how to maintain my vehicle properly. About 7-8 employees were on duty. None older than early 20s if I were to guess. Some gave the impression they’d rather be somewhere else based on their expressions and cell phone usage. One employee who gave a sense of inexperience immediately proceeded to fill my coolant level which was already full. Overfilling it. Not good. Another employee quickly stopped him. Not sure what was said between them. I was offered a transmission fluid replacement. I figured it was probably a basic pan drop and refill, not a flush. I asked what kind of service it was. A different employee was unable to describe what the service was other than “we use a hose to suck it out”. No air filter check. Heavy oil handprints left on my hood. After the oil was replaced, a third employee could not read a dipstick level. I quite literally saw him refer to another employee on how to read it. He returned and just hovered it in front of me. I’m not leaving this review to bash these young employees. 2/3 that helped me seemed completely untrained to a high degree. I caution people to take their vehicles here until this place can establish better practices or at least proper supervision of green employees. Dealing with vehicle components that are vital to performance is something that should require a standard of knowledge and skill. This location was lacking these in its workforce.
