  The BIGGEST SCAM!!! please be careful We rented a car from them for a day and while returning we checked and there was NO damage. One week later they send us an email saying there were scratches and billed us for $1000. We later came here and saw this has happened to others as well. I would definitely not reccomend renting from them . So disappointing

  Agent lied to us about the return policy to our face. It became so expensive and the online customer service promised to get back to us and never did.

  Catherine was very welcoming and helpful during the booking process, gave us detailed information on cars available to us based on our needs and she even gave us a free upgrade. She also gave us info on places to visit here in Seattle. She is an asset to your team!

  Overall, good experience using SIXT. The pros: Unni Kings who works on the desk here was brilliant. Could not have been more friendly, helpful and professional. Had some issues and she was quick to help me / keep me at ease and help to resolve my issue when I was having a stressful time. The cons: Had an issue with the car window being smashed overnight, went into the branch at opening time to report the damage. We paid for the highest cover which included a replacement vehicle. There was no issue in supplying us with a new vehicle but my only issue is there was no flexibility as to when we could get the replacement vehicle. We were made to wait 4 hours for the replacement to be dropped off which meant we missed our day trip we had planned as it was too late. SIXT refused to let us just hire the car another day instead even though they had vehicles free. They said we would have to pay again, I thought this was a shame if they had the vehicles there regardless and couldn’t supply our replacement until 4 hours later (again meaning we couldn’t carry out our plans) We ended up having to hire another vehicle and paying for another day. Something else to be aware of is, I had an email upon returning the car saying I’d damaged it. I had not and proved I had not as I’d taken before and after photos but If I hadn’t have done that, they would definitely have tried to stitch me up saying I’d caused the existing damage (which SIXT must have previously not logged)
