I’ve reserved the BMW X5 my only concern is will this be the car we actually receive as this is what we require. Nobody could guarentee or give me an indication of what will be received.

We were left there for six and a half hours with a young child before a replacement arrived. Because of SIXT’s negligence, I missed a once-in-a-lifetime wedding. They now refuse to offer any meaningful compensation and responded with a cold, dismissive email. No accountability, no empathy, no real support. Avoid SIXT. If things go wrong, you’re on your own.

My main issue was the condition of the car. 27 maks and scratches, difficult to find new ones in the garage, given light not great and so many marks. Flat battery in a popular but remote tourist area with no mobile coverage. Thankfully helped out by another couple in a camper van with charging leads.
