  Easy and convenient, no hassle and long lines like airport. So many upgrade options available for a fee. I got what I reserved and vehicle was new and clean.

  Gave us a damaged car, which was already reported as damaged in the rental agreement, and then claimed it was damaged in the same exact spot that was already damaged. Along with other reviews, sounds like a scam. Reported business to the Washington Office of Attorney General.

  I was charged for preexisting leaky tire, not only did they try to charge me for a repair of it, they also charged me for replacement of it while mislabeling the invoice as towing and then slapped a $200 admin charge on top. Needless to say I would recommend staying away from Sixt.
