PERFECT !! FABULOUS !! I am extremely pleased with what took place at Seattle Auto Licensing (in Westwood Village/West Seattle) I was rear ended (not my fault) and my car was totaled (cost more to fix than the value of the car). The insurance company emailed me forms to complete. I did that. Went to Seattle Auto Licensing to have my signature proven (saves $ on a notary) and guess what? I did not realize I needed to ALSO have the Power of Attorney portion completed. MARTINA WAS AMAZING and very alert and informed on 'what to do' Thankfully she noticed I had to do that portion in addition to what I had already done... and she handled it for me (saving the insurance company rejecting my paperwork and me having to do it again ) Words can't say how MARTINA saved the day for me! She had massive attention to detail and knew exactly what was required. (one other comment: the licensing place that used to be on California Ave SW had the most terrible staff. THIS place: Seattle Auto Licensing had plenty of staff (super short and fast line) and KNOWLEDGEABLE people with a smile on their face. THANK YOU MARTINA! I am so appreciative and impressed. Thank you for the extra smart help you have me - with a wonderful smile and attitude.

It's a nice place good people to attend it. But it's only one problem you have to wait around 30 minutes. Everything all was fine, there waiting that time because not many places are open on weekend and the people wants to attend fast so if I'm you please be patient.

I would 100% recommend. They have helped me out by providing guidance and instruction with some unique situations. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. There are closer licensing agencies closer to my home but it is always worth the drive.

Love these kind and helpful ladies. Thanks so much for dealing with all of us who don't know what we're doing AND being patient. I watched so much kindness today when someone was clearly dealing with the death of a loved one. Don't listen to the hater reviews.

I just had the best experience renewing my tabs here. When I discovered there was a hold on my account that was blocking my renewal, I visited the office and Martina explained I'd likely need to contact my previous lease financer to resolve it. As I was about to leave, she offered to take my number, investigate further herself, and call me Monday with an update. To be honest, while I appreciated the gesture, I didn't expect her to actually follow through given how busy they must be.
Monday morning, I received a voicemail from Martina with a simple solution that they could handle in-office. When I returned the next day, another staff member called me up to help. As I started explaining my situation, Martina recognized me from nearby, came over, and briefed her colleague on everything. Within minutes, the issue was resolved and my tabs were renewed. Martina's personalized care and dedication to following through truly exceeded any expectation I had. Everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly and there is an overall positive energy across the office. This is definitely my go-to location from now on!
