  Job got done well, was pleased with final result. Repairer from Safelite was excellent, but missed the initial appointment window. Ideally would have been contacted proactively by Safelite to reschedule.

  Check in was easy. Waiting area clean and stocked with water and coffee. My technician, Josh, clearly explained what he found in removing the old windshield and remedies to take when installing the new one. Cost was competitive. Recommend without hesitation.

  Safelite always does an excellent job. It's ready to schedule am appt, they work with most ins companies so I don't have to. They are thorough and efficient. All the people we were in contact there were so pleasant, informative, and helpful. And an especially big shout out to JOSH, thank you for being great to work with!! 👍🏾

  Booked and confirmed a 12-5 window for home rock chip repair. Waited 5 hours at home. Nobody showed. They called at 530 and was told they don’t have mobile rock chip appointments on Monday’s even though they booked the appointment sent me text confirmation with technician that would be coming. Made an in person appointment for rock chip repair. They break the windshield during rock chip repair (which I understand can happen) but what incentive do they have to offer a quality repair when if they break it they have no liability and get to replace a windshield. Their cash price to fix windshield is double what the small business down the street charges. Will never use Safelite again.
