  Window crack occurred on trip from MN to OR. Safelite was able to meet us in Seattle where we were staying to complete the windshield replacement and calibration. Early arrival and quick fix! Pleasant technician helped us out. Thank you for helping keep us safe!

  Friendly, thoughtful service. Great hospitality. Clearly stated options and timeline for completing the job. Went above and beyond and saved and transferred my Good-to-go pass to the new windshield. Fantastic service. Thank you Safelite.

  Trying to call the local shop is nearly impossible. No local number and the switchboard can not forward. Hard to do business with a location I can't call. Also I did request they call me with no success...

  Having to replace a windshield is no fun, and with all of the tech in modern cars it’s really hard to find a trustworthy shop to get it done. Safelite did a good job replacing the windshield the first time, but couldn’t get my camera calibrated. They schedule me for another full day appointment and still had issues by the time they were closing. They could have went home and said nothing they can do, but the manager decided to try one more calibration attempt to see if they could get it going. He was finally able to get it done right before the road trip. Sometimes this tech is hard to work, but I’m impressed that they stayed passed closing to help get me on the road trip the next day. It’s always frustrating when things don’t work, but glad that they took their time to make it work. Great service and very friendly staff. Thanks again for helping get my car windshield back to factory condition!

  My back window was smashed during a car prowl. Safelite offered to send to send mobile technician to replace the window on site at my home. The window replacement seems fine but the technician informed me afterward that the vacuum on his van was not working. So they were unable to clean up all the broken glass in the rear cargo area and lift gate. I spent some time doing it myself but I can still can hear glass when the litigate opens. I expected that Safelite would fully clean up the glass (as they have for me in the past). They should not have sent a mobile unit without an operational vacuum.
