Patrick was fast, efficient and thorough. Many thanks! The window does make a disturbing cracking noise when opened now that it didn't immediately after the repair but doesn't seem to damage it.

I would not recommend Safelite based on my experience. My biggest concern is how they handled the charges and receipt after my windshield replacement. I was initially charged for Rain Repel, a service that was never provided. The technician acknowledged that it was not performed and told me the charge would be removed. However, instead of removing the charge, the Rain Repel item disappeared from the receipt while the amount remained under a different description, “Market Competition.” After the repair, I contacted customer service because the receipt the technician gave me still showed the Rain Repel charge. Following that call, I was emailed a revised receipt. What concerns me is that I had already signed the original receipt with the technician after the windshield replacement, yet the receipt was subsequently changed. When I later tried to access the original receipt through the link I had received, the link was no longer accessible. Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot of the original receipt. My concern is not simply the amount of money involved. It is the fact that I was charged for a service that was not performed, and the billing description and receipt were later changed after I questioned the charge\. Based on this experience, I do not trust Safelite’s billing practices and would not use or recommend them again. I strongly encourage customers to carefully review their invoice, keep screenshots or copies of the original receipt, and verify every charge before and after service

Came in for a windshield replacement and the folks at Safelite were FAST, communicative, professional, and polite. Having had multiple windshields replaced in the past (and sometimes having shaky installation due to all the modern car sensors), this was by far the best as the attention detail was top notch. Highly recommend.

The windshield on my 2007 Lexus LX470 was badly cracked and in need of replacement. My insurance company referred me to Safelite AutoGlass. Eddie, who was the service technician who came to my home to replace the glass took the extra time and effort to order parts from Lexus to make the new windshield installation exactly per Lexus specs and as original to the vehicle as when it was new. It was well worth the wait to get the Lexus factory parts and have the windshield replaced at the Safelite service center. I have had my windshield replaced before. I assumed that the two slightly lifted rubber rails and surrounding rubber bladder that connect with the glass on the roof of the car and the frame of the windshield were not replaceable. They were old and dry. I was wrong and Eddie made sure that the replacement parts were ordered from Lexus and that the installation was perfect with my windshield and the surrounding and integral parts providing for the highest integrity possible. I am eternally grateful to Eddie, his diligence and professionalism are exceptional, and he should be considered one of Safelite's best service technicians.
