  This location was amazing. All the staff in there were friendly, organized, efficient, and knowledgable. In the past I've used another company and the pick-up process has always been a mess; I've had reservations cancelled last second or shown up and there's no car available many times. The experience I had here this past weekend was awesome and I'm a National girl for life now. Pickup and dropoff were super easy and none of the add-ons felt pushy or scammy. Appreciate you guys being real and reliable so much!

  Maika was super helpful in making my rental smooth and pleasant. At first I was given an older vehicle without CarPlay, but as soon as I pointed that out, he immediately switched me over to a newer model with wireless CarPlay which made my trip much easier. Thanks Maika!

  Waited an hour for a car. The line only had about 6 people ahead of us so she spent 10 min for each reservation making small talk. We reserved a luxury car, they didn’t have one so we got a Nissan versa- which was fine but they charged us for the luxury car still. The guys upstairs who assign the cars were great- they understood we were on a time crunch and got us moving quickly. When we went to return the car there were no spaces and cars were just left middle of the lane. It was chaotic but summed up our experience.
