  Pickup was much easier than I expected as this is an Enterprise location. Additionally, I got a brand new car with only 500 miles as a National Car member, which is a real appreciation of membership. The only pitfall is that local pickup not available in this location.

  Always an accommodating staff and though the parking garage in and out is a bit tight, the location is so convenient if needing a rental car in downtown Seattle. I do see some reviewer complaints that there's not an executive option to just go right to the pick up area, but this is not true. This must be people that can't read the multiple signs posted in the building that if you have National status, you can bypass the ground floor lobby (which can have a long tourist line) and go right to the booth on the 3rd floor with your reservation.

  Really friendly & helpful staff at this location! As an Emerald club member they always offer me some great upgrades when they’re available which I always really appreciate. Would highly recommend renting from here.

  A line out the door and 45 min wait. Very inefficient staff. How many customers come at one time they can’t control, but they can control their response. They showed no sense of urgency or problem solving. The main reason this gets one star is because a German gentleman had booked a car but didn’t have strong enough data on his phone plan. I stepped in when the agent told him to go find a better phone plan or search for wifi and then stand back in line (another 45-60 min). I shared my hotspot and helped him pull up the confirmation email. Agent would have sent him away but he could have done the same with his phone. We had to wait again to get our car. Needs better training and management. It took us an hour and a half to pick up our car.
