  The worst experience ever. We had to wait to get our car for almost an hour when we planned to arrive early! Such a waste of money and time. The Asian guy gave the car that I was told that I should be the next one up in-line and later excused that the other girl was here before me when I was FIRST in line before her. Line management here is super crazy and I’ve been with National for over 10+ years with the Executive status. Took forever to get our car, busiest location with under staff. Employees need better training and customer service education! So disappointed. I’d rather take my money somewhere else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

  Had a bit of a rough start with the pickup. I have National's Emerald Club membership, so I went straight to the garage like I'm supposed to — but the security guard sent me to the lobby instead. I got stuck in a long line there, waited a while, and then was just told, "Yeah, go back to the garage." Ended up wasting a chunk of time without actually getting anywhere, which was frustrating. That said, the two guys who helped me — one at the lobby, one at the garage on Level B — were both young but incredibly professional and friendly. Their positive energy calmed me down through both the pickup and return process. They were genuinely helpful, and it made up for the rocky start. Investing in good people really shows — thank you. The car itself was decent too.

  I gave an extra star for the friendliness of the agent, but …Slow as crap. Line out the door at 7:30 am. At least 45 minute wait. Sam, you go upstairs to get your keys and there’s another big long line. People do yourselves a favor, preload your drivers license and credit card to go straight upstairs or send someone upstairs to wait while you deal with the rental counter downstairs!! Time was wasted here instead of our few hours allotted for the national park.

  Picking up the vehicle was super easy. Everybody was friendly and helpful. The vehicle was exactly what I needed, and nicer than I anticipated. I was afraid drop off would be complicated because we had to be to the airport before 5:00 a.m., but the drop-off location was fully staffed and all of the paths were marked which made my experience pretty good.
