  Very convenient location, easy on and off. Just make sure you watch for the entrance, it can sneak up on you a bit if you haven’t been there before (easy to loop back around, though!)

  Warning: my vehicle was broken into in this garage on the evening of April 15, 2026, while I was attending the Seattle Sounders vs. Tigres match. My window was smashed and a personal laptop was stolen, one that contained irreplaceable photos and videos of my child. At least one other vehicle on a different floor was also broken into that same night. To his credit, the garage manager, Jorge Muratalla, was willing to review the security camera footage and share anything relevant with police. However, he acknowledged that the cameras are not high quality. Unfortunately, the Seattle Police Department has been unresponsive to my theft report, which means there may be no one on the other end to receive whatever footage Mr. Muratalla is able to pull. I would strongly recommend against parking here, particularly during events. The security infrastructure is inadequate, it is not a secure space (accessible to anyone), and if something does happen to your vehicle, you will likely be on your own as most insurance policies don't cover glass and the garage is not responsible for theft.

  After Supercross, we have been sitting here for close to an hour trying to leave. There is no reason for this line to have ZERO movement. I will never use this hell hole again. And I will be pursuing a refund. This has wasted so much of our time. I've never experienced this at any other parking garage. This place is a joke!!!

  Parked here for a Mariners afternoon game on July 20. Lower rate than parking lot nearby and easy to enter and find parking on 5th floor about an hour before the game. The issue was it took 40 minutes once reaching our car after game to get out onto the street to drive home. Even though you were required to pay on entrance, each car had to scan their paid ticket to exit which slowed everything down. I've never waited that long to get out of a parking garage so will not park there again.
