  Great, affordable, parking. Close enough for a brief walk to the stadium. Very secure and I have never had issue getting in or out. Easy peasy.

  We’ve parked here over 35+ times over the last two years for the Ms/sounders/reign/etc. ALWAYS a great experience!! Shoutout to Mike and the other lady (wish I knew her name) they are SO good at traffic management!!

  Very convenient location, easy on and off. Just make sure you watch for the entrance, it can sneak up on you a bit if you haven’t been there before (easy to loop back around, though!)

  Warning: my vehicle was broken into in this garage on the evening of April 15, 2026, while I was attending the Seattle Sounders vs. Tigres match. My window was smashed and a personal laptop was stolen, one that contained irreplaceable photos and videos of my child. At least one other vehicle on a different floor was also broken into that same night. To his credit, the garage manager, Jorge Muratalla, was willing to review the security camera footage and share anything relevant with police. However, he acknowledged that the cameras are not high quality. Unfortunately, the Seattle Police Department has been unresponsive to my theft report, which means there may be no one on the other end to receive whatever footage Mr. Muratalla is able to pull. I would strongly recommend against parking here, particularly during events. The security infrastructure is inadequate, it is not a secure space (accessible to anyone), and if something does happen to your vehicle, you will likely be on your own as most insurance policies don't cover glass and the garage is not responsible for theft.
