  ⭐ 1 STAR — SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS I am extremely disappointed with the security situation at this LAZ Parking location on 6th Avenue in downtown Seattle. A vehicle associated with my rental business was broken into while parked at this facility. What makes this even more concerning is that, after looking into the location, I found multiple prior customer reports describing vehicle break-ins and theft. At that point, the obvious question is: Where is the security? Where is the deterrence? Where is the protection for customers and their vehicles? Parking customers should not have to wonder whether their vehicle will still be intact when they return. If you’re considering parking here, PLEASE STOP AND READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. Ask management what security measures are currently in place, whether surveillance cameras are actively monitored, and what is being done to address repeated reports of break-ins. LAZ Parking and local authorities need to take these reports seriously and provide meaningful answers and action—not simply expect customers to accept vehicle break-ins as an unfortunate possibility. My recommendation: exercise extreme caution and consider another parking facility until there is clear evidence that security has been substantially improved. I hope LAZ Parking responds publicly and explains what concrete steps it is taking to protect customers and prevent these incidents from continuing.

  Is it possible to give 0 stars? Our rental car was broken into while sightseeing and they stole some of our luggage. The maintenance staff was sympathetic but said this happens all the time and the owner does nothing

  I came here to park since it was the nearest location to the restaurant I wanted to go to. We got a ticket (we remember! It came out and I took a photo of it right when we got it for safety measures. I kept it with me the whole time). It has the date, the location number, and everything. 3 hours later, we came back, but the ticket wont scan. We tried to phone for help, but the worker told us that the ticket isn't from here. (How is that possible? It printed from this machine?) Told us either find the actual ticket or pay the lost ticket fee. Terrible experience. Dont come here unless you want to pay $45 for supposed "lost" tickets. Get you act together! And stop scamming harmless people. Shame on you!

  Parked here to see a show at 5th avenue theater, won't park here again! - I prepaid online, but the exit scanner said there was no record of my reservation despite being 9 minutes ahead of the exit window. I had to go get a paper ticket then pay for it, $25 for parking I'd already paid for! - There are two elevators, but one is broken. No problem, I'll take the stairs. Except the stairs are locked, so you can't use them to enter/get to your car, only to exit/when leaving your car.

  Has to be the worst garage in the city. Prices are stated on a sign next to the machine. Overcharged for time I was there. I called the help support at ticket machine and they only offered that I pay it, instead of fixing it, or just letting me out. Spoke to several uneducated people. After 20 minutes and late for a meeting I was forced to overpay just to get out of the place. I highly recommend not parking here. Plus it is well known for break-in.
