- BVBrittany VaughnMay 9, 20265.0I went in today thinking I needed an oil change, and the person who greeted me at my car was very honest, professional, and saved me a lot of money by explaining to me why it wasn’t necessary at this time. Not all jiffy lubes are the same! This is a good one with honest staff who don’t pressure you or make you feel like you’re getting ripped off. Thank you!
- SHSarah HadleyMay 6, 20261.0I got my oil changed and tires rotated. The service was quick and the employees were friendly. They informed me of an issue with my ignition and recommended a place to get it fixed. However, when I left, 3 of my 4 hub caps came flying off the car within 0.5 miles of the shop, and when I stopped the last one was very loose. I was able to recover 2 of them, but the third ended up in the middle of the street and was destroyed. I couldn't figure out how to put securely on myself so I went back to the shop. They told me the hub caps had come off because they were broken, which felt very dismissive because it required me to believe a) they were all already broken but hadn't fallen off yet and then all came off at the same time, right after someone had messed with them and b) they were all broken in the same exact way, because the hubcaps were identical. I don't think the hub caps are broken and plan to try to figure out how to put them on myself, but if they are broken, the most likely explanation would be that the employees broke them or that they broke in the process of flying off the car. They did not offer to replace them and quoted me $80 to order new hub caps, which I passed on. The employees were very simpathetic and affable, leaving me feeling a bit guilty about this review, but I don't think I received good service.
