  Despite it being a busy day, the entire crew provided excellent service. They were kind and speedy, all working in sync with one another to get folks in and out.

  Absolutely terrible experience at Jiffy Lube. I called ahead for a transmission oil change and was quoted $200. I even told them I already had my own transmission oil and filter, but they still said it would be “extra work.” Fine, we agreed on $200. When I arrived, suddenly the price became $600 for a basic transmission oil change. Total scam. Since I needed the car, I reluctantly agreed. Then after ONE HOUR they called again saying there was “extra labor” because of one bolt and tried to charge me almost $1000 total. These people are dishonest scammers. First they get you in with a low price, then they dramatically increase the cost once your car is there. Completely unacceptable business practices. In the end, I left, bought the parts myself, and had the job done elsewhere. Never coming back again.Amq evlatlarui

  I initially had a good experience here when my alternator unexpectedly broke. I really appreciated Hazel’s flexibility and willingness to work on my car past store hours to help get everything resolved. Since my oil change was due soon anyway, I also asked them to complete that service while fixing the alternator. Unfortunately, during the service, I received a call that they had accidentally broken my dipstick and would need to call around junkyards to find a replacement. After a few weeks, I was finally told I could come back anytime to get the dipstick replaced and complete the oil change. What really disappointed me was the way the situation was handled afterward. When I asked about a discount due to the inconvenience, one staff member told me I would receive 20% off. However, when I came in, I was charged full price for the oil change. The employee checking me out was kind, apologized, and said they’d speak with the manager. The manager then came over and told me there would be no discount or free oil change and said he didn’t understand why I would expect compensation when they replaced the dipstick for free. But replacing the dipstick for free was simply correcting damage caused during service. He eventually offered a $10 discount for “next time” instead of resolving the issue then and there. I like and appreciate most of the staff, especially Hazel, but the manager’s handling of the situation left a bad impression.

  Went in today to get my oil changed and tried to use the "30% off for life" coupon that I have for my car. The person working there told me that the corporate office had recently invalidated all of the "30% off while you own the car" coupons. This kind of bait-and-switch is ridiculous, damaging customer loyalty and negatively impacting the business at the individual shops. The staff was professional and the work was excellent, but backing out of the 30% guarantee Jiffy Lube made to me as a loyal customer is a deal-breaker.

  Went in for an oil change. They upsold me a tire rotation. After removing my tires they said they didn't need to be rotated, so took off the charge. After sometime, the car started making a rotational knocking sound at low speeds. Unfortunately they did not torque the wheels correctly after replacing the tires. Thankfully nothing devastating happened, just lost time and additional money to correct.
