    I always go to the mukilteo speedway location but there was a lot of traffic so i decided to stop by this one after work. Worst idea ever. I get there and I usually have one of the guys come and ask what I would be needing, but that never happened. Other lane moves a bit faster. Thats okay. New car just pulls up behind me. One of the guys immediately acknowledges them and encourages them to move to the other lane cause it’s going faster. I’m next in line for my row so I never tried moving but also I’m not sure what’s service the car in front of me is receiving so I just sit there and wait. Car that arrived after me gets in and gets their service done. Mind you at this point another 3-4 cars had arrived after me and they were all aknowledged by the same guy. I’m assuming he was kind enough to advise them about the wait and ask them what service they would need. I never got that. And I did lock eyes with this guys like 2 times so I don’t understand what was so hard about coming over and letting me know “hey just letting you know, the car in front of you is getting quite a few services done so you might want to move to the other lane” cause it looked like that’s what he did to the other person that arrived after me and a couple cars after too. I waited for 50 minutes. I should’ve left the moment I wasn’t spoken too from the start but I didn’t suspect anything weird at the beginning. I just assumed they would come at some point. Now every location is closed so I’ll just go to my usual location next time I’m off. Thank you for the waste of time guys, seriously.

    I came in to get an oil change and the guys were amazing. Let me know about my tire pressure being too high and treated me very good. Amazing work guys thank you so much super friendly. Recommend to come get your oil changed here.

    Good service, comprehensive, and good communication. However, be aware that in their attempts to upcharge you, the service will take significantly longer. The oil change, despite being the most expensive, is actually the quickest. The small upcharges for this and that are where the bulk of the time will go. I arrived at 2:30pm and the oil change plus changing some plate lights took an hour. It's ok, I just wish I would've known it was going to take that long. They did a good job overall.

    I'm impressed: Jared was very professional, knowledgeable, helped to understand, and very thorough to check everything; I stopped going to Jiffy because prior workers didn't care & gave terrible service, & just wanted to look at their phones. But today, it was nice that real Professional MEN such Jared and the manager, changed my perception of Jiffy lube on Ballinger Way in Shoreline, WA. Thank you for true professional service.

    I stopped in for a service before a road trip. Mike and Jared were super friendly and efficient checking all of the systems and kindly explaining all of the options without any sales pressure or upselling unnecessarily. Very happy with this pre-trip check up and oil change. Definitely recommend this location for any of your service needs!
