    These guys are seriously awesome. I’m a young girl who knows nothing about cars, probably the easiest customer to take advantage of, but they always take great care of me and get me the best deals. My dad loves this location too, can’t recommend them enough.

    I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube location several times, and until today I’ve always had a great experience. The staff has been professional, and the service has consistently been good. Today, however, I had an experience that didn’t sit right with me. There were two separate lines of vehicles waiting for service. I chose one lane, and fortunately it moved much faster than the other lane. I waited about 20 minutes, and as I was approaching the front, an employee came over and asked me to back up my vehicle so that cars from the other lane could go ahead of me. Tall guy long hair. I understand the idea of wanting to serve customers in the order they arrived, but when there are two separate lines, part of that process comes down to which lane you choose and how quickly it moves. It's similar to choosing a checkout lane at a grocery store sometimes one line moves faster than another, and that's just how it works. I was respectful and understand the employee was likely trying to help other customers, but I don't believe it was fair to ask me to give up my place after I had already waited my turn in the lane I selected. What made the situation more disappointing was that when I expressed that I was unhappy with the request and mentioned I would likely take my business to another location same company, the employee simply nodded his head. It gave me the impression that my concern didn't matter and that keeping a long-time customer wasn't important. The service itself has always been good, which is why this experience stood out so much. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, I'm updating my review from 5 stars to 3 stars.

    The location i went to was the Ballinger shop, 20309 Ballinger Way NE, Seattle, WA. For those in the area it is located right off the Lake City Way exit of I-5, by McDonald's and across the street from the Thriftway shopping center. My experience there today (6/3/26) was outstanding. This Jiffy Lube is now staffed with seasoned professionals who are respectful, caring, well-trained, and very customer oriented. No one tried to upsell me, which had been a real issue in the past. The manager and two service techs with whom I had contact took care of my concerns with a very cordial attitude. An oil change was done on my car and the pricing was competitive. I live about 30 miles away and will not hesitate to visit this location when my car needs serviced again. It was the best Jiffy Lube experience I have had in more than 5 years!!!
