  Background: I have a lot of experience getting oil changes in the Seattle area between two cars at quick service places such as valvoline and jiffy lube. I decided to come here instead since it was close by and I have a 2023 sonata hybrid. Problem: I was quoted 196$ after waiting in line for 30 minutes. I was hesitant to accept but after waiting so long I thought there might be something I was missing so I agreed and did some research on my previous oil change receipts. After talking to the manager I was told oil prices went up, I have a special oil filter, and I’m being charged extra for the oil skid plate that needs to be removed for my car. I have never been charged for a special oil filter or the skid plate removal after checking my receipts. But the manager guaranteed me they were “competitive” and I can ask anywhere and they would be charging the same due to the war in the middle east and he did me the service of removing the bs oil plate charge. He said condescendingly if I didn’t want to pay for the convenience of oil changes I should learn to do it myself. It came out to 150$ w/o tax with a coupon. Why it’s 1 star: I called his bluff and called the nearest jiffy lube and confirmed that I was overcharged and with their coupon it would have been 130$ w/o tax which lines up with the increase of prices from my previous time with them. I may have made the mistake of agreeing to the price but I don’t appreciate being overcharged, lied to, or the manager just straight up being ignorant to the prices of competitors. TLDR: Don’t come here if you want a regular price quick oil change, you will be OVERCHARGED compared to other quick oil change services in the area.

  Nice and helpful staff there. Didn’t need the typical oil change experience, needed help getting an old battery removed and new one put in and they helped graciously and effeciently.

  Stopped by for an oil change and I was very impressed with both the speed and quality of service. Very quick service, very kind staff and they explained everything well. Definitely my new spot for oil changes

  I went in to get my license plate removed as the screws were rusted on. They were able to remove my old plate and screw in my new one in 5 minutes. The staff were also really friendly.

  First trip here was pretty bad. Nice staff and was treated decent as a customer, but the crew was not working well together, lots of frustration between each other. They sold me an out of stock cabin filter, tech had to run to the store. Appreciated the effort, but this overall took longer and cost double what I was looking to spend. Service in general felt to be lacking depth in full service qualities, especially for price paid.
