  I’m really disappointed because every time I go for an oil change, the staff, while nice, always try to upsell me—which I’m positive is a directive from above. It ruins the experience and I’m just fed up with it. You’ve lost a customer.

  If you call for a price know that they will try any way to charge you more, including $30 to remove a skid plate that all modern cars have. Do your self a favor and go to Walmart where at least their prices are consistent. At Walmart the oil change will be $80 for the same exact oil change that here will cost you $205.

  Very quick and friendly service. I went in for an oil change but ended up discussing a few issues I've been having with my car, and they were super nice, researched the error codes, and gave me advice for next steps. My car is a 1996 manual, so not that common, and even though they were not able to help me with the issue directly, they gave me lots of helpful pointers and recommendations for things I should get taken care of. Also, their sign doesn't lie: brought my cat (it was on the way home from a vet visit) and besides many pets, we also got 20$ off.

  We came in two cars about 11:00 on a weekday morning. There was one bay open and it had a car in it. We saw a customer and an employee who then went into the office and never returned. After over 10 minuets of seeing nobody, and nobody coming out, I went into the office. The employee looked at me and asked what I wanted. I said we’d been waiting and we’d like oil changes. All he said was that they were waiting on a part for a car. We should have left. But we stayed and eventually they acknowledged our existence and changed our oil. We realized after we left that they hadn’t changed the “ Change oil” Sign in our cars. Rather than go back, we googled it and figured out how to do it ourselves Bear in mind, no other oil change places better. Jiffy Lube actually broke my husband’s car and we had to take it in for repairs the dealership.

  when I arrived the person said I had gone 10,000 miles not changing my oil without asking for my mileage, when I told him my mileage he said I had gone about 7,000 mile which is near 10,000 miles when the exact number was 6,300 miles from my last oil change that I had done there. He then proceeded to tell me that I must change my oil every 5,000 miles and that the dealer saying 10,000 mile between oil changes was to promote selling more cars by mistreating out car by not changing the oil enough. When I google this it says I was fine going 6,300 miles especially with a hybrid. He also wanted to up sell me something about cleaning the oil area due to going over nearly 10,000 miles between oil changes. I did not appreciate being told 5,000 was the only right amount of miles between oil changes and his exaggerating the actual miles I had driven. He made it sound like I ws mistreating my car by not changing my oil every 10,000 miles when I research this that is simply not true.
