  The charging station at the REI building doesn't work stay away from that one. Use the one at the WinCo in Edmonds, it's really quick.

  EVGo Charging Great BUT the App – Needs Significant Improvement The app has several issues that made my charging session frustrating and difficult to manage. First, the app reported a charge level of 71% while both the charger screen and my car independently showed 80%+. The app then got stuck at that incorrect value, leaving me with no reliable way to monitor progress. Second, after navigating away from the charging screen, there was no way to return to it. When I contacted in-app support for help, the chatbot provided incorrect instructions — not a great experience when you're mid-session and need answers quickly. Finally, the app provides no real-time cost estimate during charging. You only see the total roughly a minute after the session ends, making it impossible to budget or make informed decisions mid-charge. EVGo's hardware seems solid, but the app experience needs significant work to match. Hoping these issues get addressed — they're table stakes for an EV charging app.

  This is the future and we should all get on board now and sell our gas car while they are still worth something. I hear Lucid will work. They are not going after Tesla. These actually have cool interiors and models.

  There are no prompts for the Tesla plug on screen. Eventually I saw a sticker on the side that explained what to do when using the Tesla plug.

  Reliable 50kW EVgo Fast Charging Stations with CCS & Chadmeo connectors located in parking garage to the left as you enter (add about 90 miles of charge every 30 minutes).
