  Had a great experience with Enterprise! My car was recently sideswiped and had to go into the shop for body repairs, so I made a rental reservation the same day. Enterprise was incredibly accommodating and made an already annoying situation much easier. There was only one employee working when I arrived, and he had two other customers ahead of me. Honestly, give people some grace when they’re clearly doing their best! He was handling everything on his own and still kept things moving quickly. He even tried to put me in a nicer car, but I was being admittedly picky 😂. I really just wanted something super small, simple, and inexpensive, and he was patient with me and found exactly what I was looking for. I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest customer in that moment, so I really appreciated how accommodating and friendly he was. Even with the other customers ahead of me, I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes. Super easy process, great service, and exactly what I needed after dealing with an accident. Thank you, Enterprise!

  2nd time I had to rent an automobile in an emergency situation in the last 5 weeks . Both times , Juan has gone above and beyond in providing excellent service. Very pleasant personnel working at this location. Thanks guys.

  My car was wrecked in an accident, and I needed a rental for a few days. This Enterprise location is within walking distance of my apartment, so I got a rental with them. Juan, the manager, went out of his way to assist me. The day I needed the car, they only had SUVs left which I refused to take. Juan managed to find me a sedan (a Camry LE hybrid that was a pleasure to drive). I also had rented from this location several months ago, and the service was impeccable too. I would not hesitate to come here in the future whenever I need a car rental.

  Juan and his team are great! Seamless pick up and return experience, everyone was friendly, I was very happy with the car.

  A reservation was made ahead of time and the car was supposed to be delivered. When I contacted the office, I was told there was only one person there, so they couldn’t deliver. I paid for a ride. When I arrived there were two guys at the office, so they lied. Then, I was told they didn’t have any cars available and I would have to go to another location where only more expensive vehicles were available, again I had a reservation. Horrible location. The Issaquah location was 1000% more helpful and professional.
