  This Enterprise location is great! The entire process was quick and easy, and the cars are in great condition. We had a small hiccup with our car at the end, but Sam was very helpful and took care of everything for us. Very professional and helpful team. Highly recommend!

  Sam was awesome! He gave us great service and helped fix a key fob issue quickly. I’ve visited multiple Enterprise locations, but this one stands out for its fast, welcoming service. I’ll definitely be back to Enterprise Interbay.

  They were horrible!!! We were told we could get a car on a debit card and then told only if its 50 miles from your home address. I asked 2 different reps if I would be ok with old a debit card. We got stranded 4 states over and wasted 4 hours running around with customer service. They even admitted the customer service agent Alex that I talked with lied to me! They can't budge on that policy they didn't contact the corporate manager on my behalf and they were never going to call me back. I could freaking buy a mini van in cash but I can't rent one for 2 days. The lies and wasting my time especially when I asked specifically about this problem 2 different times in 2 different offices and they both gave me the all clear! Never using them again! I will say the young man that gave me a ride back to my family was nice but they ruined my day and left me and my family stranded! I'll be email corporate since customer service was a nightmare!!!
