  We rented a mid size suv for three days while in town. Upon arrival for pickup we were offered a free upgrade and were able to get a 2026 Honda odyssey van, which was very nice, with great gas mileage. The employees were very kind and efficient! Upon drop off they also transported us to our cruise terminal which was 1.5 miles away. We had a wonderful experience with this business. They are new and are working hard to do a great job!

  We rented a car from SEA-TAC Airport. Very friendly staff. Helpful. We dropped our car off at 3434 16th Ave w Seattle. It was a new location for enterprise. We were wondering how we were going to get our 2 large suitcases, multiple bags, and small child to the cruise port. The staff very graciously offered to give us a ride to the port! We were very impressed with the level of service. Highly recommend!

  We picked up a car from Enterprise at the airport. It was so easy to do without going through hassle of waiting in line. We also were able to drop it off at their facility on 16th Ave which was close to Pier 91. They were so kind and drove us to the pier for our cruise.

  Really easy process and helpful agents. The car was nearly new and spotless. Tire pressure etc was checked and perfect. They gave us a lift to the cruise port and were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend and we will return the next visit to Seattle.
