  I had a terrible experience here today after going to the same location countless times. I was told I was late and did not give a heads up. (This has always happened, but never been an issue). Then I was offered a forced upgrade for 1.5x the rate I booked originally for. I did not catch the person’s name I was dealing with but it was her birthday and had the most awful attitude for someone in customer service. They had so many cars in the lot and would still not offer me other options or a free upgrade even though I’m on the Platinum tier with free upgrades yet to use on my plan. I’m not coming back here.

  It was super easy, smooth, the car was in a very good condition, clean. I don’t remember the name of the guy that helped me but he was very kind and cute.

  Xavier is unprofessional and needs to take a crash course in customer conflict and de-escalation because he sucks at it. If upper management has access to the phone calls I made to this location at approximately 12:59 and 1:04 pm today, I would encourage them to listen to those calls because the customer service Xavier provided was pretty pitiful. This is a perfect illustration of how “managers” have entirely too much leeway to provide terrible customer service and then play victim when customers aren’t receptive to what they clearly know is misinformation.

  This Enterprise is excellent. The service is top notch, and their relationship with Fix Auto is really appreciated. I was even allowed to leave the rental car at Fix Auto when my car was done being repaired. I highly recommend!

  regarding my recent rental experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and made the whole process easy. ​The representative at the front desk was polite and efficient, getting me through the paperwork without any hassle. I also want to give a shout-out to the shuttle driver. The complimentary ride was a huge help, and the driver was professional and pleasant, which really adds a lot of value to the service you provide.
