  After a couple of über expensive Uber rides in and around Seattle, we decided to rent a car from Enterprise from one of its in-town locations on Roosevelt NE. Although this branch did not have the resources to pick us up, it is conveniently located a short walk from the Link rail line’s Roosevelt Station. The agent at checkout was welcoming and professional. Pick-up was a breeze, and so was drop-off at the airport 6 days later.

  Before my actual review, I'd like to give some context: Several weeks ago, I had a rental car reservation with a Hertz in downtown. In a late night fit of anxiety over my upcoming camping trip, a few days before my rental date, I decided to google the reviews for the location I had chosen. It was impressively bad. Dozens of 1-star ratings, complaints of terrible service, dirty cars, long wait times, no available cars, low staffing, unhelpful or downright hostile management. Overcome with dread that the most important part of the trip (a car to get to our campsite) would be unattainable, I cancelled with Hertz and panic-booked with this Enterprise on Roosevelt. This ended up being a great decision. The employees were quick and professional. There were several groups of people waiting in the lobby and outside, yet I waited to be checked in for less than 15 minutes. As I was informed that the midsize SUV I had booked days prior would not be available for several more hours, the anxiety from several days prior crept in. However, though they didn't have the style of car I had originally booked, I was met with such incredible and prompt customer service that it truly did not matter. The manager was apologetic and very helpful while laying out my options. I ended up settling for a pickup truck, which they still needed to clean. I mentioned that I would need straps for securing cargo in the truck bed- they offered to reimburse me if I needed to buy some (and they did!). I asked if it would still be rented out at the same rate I was quoted for my booking- it would be. They were able to clean and prepare the truck for me immediately once I agreed, and even offered a 15% discount for my trouble. Altogether, I ended up paying almost $300 less than I would have at the original Hertz location I had booked at, and was given excellent customer service the entire time. The truck was pristine, the return was smooth, and I left completely satisfied with the entire experience despite the initial messup. All in all, I would reccommend this location and I will be renting from them again in the future :)

  I honestly cannot say enough good things about Nick at this Enterprise location. He is, without a doubt, the reason I continue to rent from Enterprise. I’ve rented cars from different locations before and unfortunately had some really disappointing experiences, but my experience at this location has been completely different — entirely because of Nick. From the very beginning, he has always gone above and beyond to help us with absolutely everything. He is incredibly kind, patient, professional, respectful, and genuinely cares about making sure his customers have the best possible experience. At this point, I specifically choose to rent from this location ONLY when Nick is there. I’m not exaggerating — if Nick isn’t working, I would honestly rather wait and rent another day. That is how much of a difference he makes. I don’t want to rent from another location or work with anyone else because I know that when Nick is there, everything will be handled properly and I will be treated with kindness and respect. What really stands out about him is that he doesn’t just do the minimum required for his job. He takes ownership of the entire experience and does everything he can to help. Every single interaction we’ve had with him has been exceptional. He has turned what used to be a stressful and frustrating rental experience for us into something easy, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant. Enterprise should seriously recognize what an outstanding employee they have in Nick. Employees like him are extremely rare, and he absolutely deserves recognition, a raise, a promotion — honestly, whatever Enterprise can do to reward someone who represents the company this well. He is the kind of employee who creates loyal customers, because he has personally made me loyal to this specific location. Nick, thank you for consistently taking such great care of us and for being so incredibly helpful every single time. Enterprise is very lucky to have you. If I could give more than five stars specifically because of Nick, I absolutely would.

  Rented a car for a single day today and had the fastest check in and check out process, the guy was thorough and honest in his inspections, offered me a free upgrade, and then gave me a discount to offset that I'd put in more fuel than needed! Rock star customer service. Would absolute rent from this location in the Roosevelt District of Seattle again and recommend to others!
