  Unfortunately my experience was awful and I was royally scammed. Never had any issues with car rental companies in general and this was my first time with enterprise. I have never had an accident or scratched a car since I was 19. NOBODY went through or around the car to check for scratches or issues or tell me anything , I forgot to take pictures ( my bad trusting them) and I just dropped off the car and left. They sent me a claim for damages for a scratch that I didn’t do months later ( they Said they sent me an email days after and when I looked for it it was in my spam…again suspicion that they don’t use verified email addresses for claims) the claim was also dated the WRONG DAY ( I was literally in another country the day they claimed I scratched their car) and the pictures they took and sent me were NOT taken on the day I dropped off because it was literally hailing and raining in Seattle when I dropped off the car and in the pictures it was very sunny and that’s why I noticed that. Also not taken inside the garage where I dropped off but outside in some other location. The car was always with me and was driven from SeaTac airport straight to this location with my family and absolutely nothing happened. So this is either a SCAM or one of your drivers did that and you are pinning it on a customer to save your $. I would be more than willing to let my insurances or cards funds pay for something I did do cause that’s why I pay for those services…but this is absolutely dishonest and disgusting. After disputing the claim I had to go through the joke that their customer service is. Whenever I disputed they would just say they would escalate it to leadership…a few days later they just send practically a 2 lines letter saying “after their investigation they will proceed with the claim” without offering explanations, additional evidence, names or reasons for the wrong dates,for the different location the pictures were taken at or why the pictures were not taken at drop off. I couldn’t receive a clear answer from anybody and kept on being sent from person to person from email to email. Also the cost I was asked to pay in the claims suspiciously changed 3 times in all the letters I received after disputing. I will no longer take my business here, I don’t recommend it at all and please remember to take picture and videos cause this type of companies don’t give a damn about their customers and are always trying to scam you out of your money. Disgusting and disappointing experience.

  I had a great experience renting a car here, check in was really fast! Unfortunately when we went to pick up the car to the garage they didn't have cars available so we had to wait for a little bit, but they were very attentive and kind and offered a discount due to the inconvenience. The car we got was clean and in good conditions.

  I had a great experience picking up my car thanks to Micah. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help me with many different issues and made sure everything was taken care of so I could get my car. I really appreciate his hard work and excellent service.

  We literally waited for over an hour to get the car. It was a Saturday morning and there was just 1 representative at the register! Having a location at downtown should ensure customers are attended to appropriately! Pathetic.

  I am a huge fan of Enterprise to begin with. I find the extra few bucks well worth the smaller lines and larger car availability. I recently rented from downtown Seattle and when I returned the car after hours, I was impressed to find a super friendly and hard working gentleman there to help me with the return. The next day, I received a text from the company. I happened to mention a small misunderstanding about the price of the rental. The response I received from Enterprise could not have been more customer friendly. They basically asked me for more information about the misunderstanding so that they could learn from the experience and they gave me the benefit of the doubt and credited my account. What a perfect response from a company that cares about the customer. Keep up the good work Enterprise!!!
