I cannot recommend this Enterprise location enough, and a massive thank you to Grace and Trevor, who were absolutely phenomenal. I had an incredibly messy situation caused by a major mistake and miscommunication at another branch, but Grace and Trevor handled it flawlessly. Their communication was top tier, they corrected the error instantly, and they ensured there were zero hidden fees or surprise charges. The vehicle itself was an absolute win. It was actually better than the car class I originally booked, and it was in perfect condition. Not a single complaint. On top of that, both the pickup and drop off processes were instant, with not a single second wasted. The outstanding customer service here makes it worth it for sure. I will only use this specific location whenever I need to rent a car in the future!

Not worth the headache they give you not to mention the price. It's 2026 and we have plenty of options now. They are fine if you rent it weeks in advance price wise. If you have to make any changes or want it for longer is when they screw you over and harass you. It was my first and most likely last time using them.

If you try to return your car to the address on the contract, 1601 3rd Ave Seattle, you'll get a $100 bus lane citation! That stretch of 3rd Ave is a bus lane, and passenger cars are not allowed to enter it. I didn't realize this until I received a citation a month later. And Enterprise had the audacity to bill me $25 for forwarding the citation. The correct return address for this corner location is on Stewart street. They really should update the location they use on the contract and in mapping applications.

I had a very disappointing experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Seattle. The employee who identified himself as Neo and stated that he was the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. During the payment process, he repeatedly told us, “I will kick you out if the card is declined again.” He said this once, and we initially chose to ignore it, but he repeated the same statement multiple times. When we politely asked him to be more respectful and watch his language, his behavior became even more inappropriate. He then threw the card back at us and said, “I’m not going to rent to you,” while emphasizing that he was the manager. The entire interaction was disrespectful, confrontational, and far below the level of customer service I would expect from a reputable company. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. Customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, regardless of any issue that may arise during a transaction.

Overall I had a great experience with this rental company, which is often a stressful experience otherwise. Positive notes: - Micah was very nice, patient and understanding - they have car seats for both baby and toddler which aren't available at all rentals! They were even brand new! - perfect for a day-trip to Snoqualmie! - returning the car outside of the opening hours was easy. And since the rental is for 24 hours minimum it gives you the peace to take your time instead of rushing to return the car before closing time in the end of afternoon A couple less positive notes: - I requested the smallest & cheapest model, but this Hyundai Elentra car seemed bigger than that. I didn't comment on it because the prices weren't that different anyway - it was very hard to know whether to use diesel or gasoline in this car. No clear mention in the contract and not even a sticker in the fuel door next to the gas cap. Perhaps the answer is obvious to Americans but it wasn't for me. I had to open the hood to find the engine sticker. Answer: Gasoline. - the elevator to reach the parking level is old and not reassuring. The security guard at the entrance wasn't very helpful - there were several minor scratches and dents on the car that I had to have added to the contract so I didn't fear being responsible for them. The attendant was really nice about it but it was an additional stress. Unfortunately we have to be careful with some rental companies that aren't that serious... but I didn't have any trouble with them - the fuel level at the beginning of the rental wasn't correctly reported on the contract. It was only 60% full whereas the contract said 100% so I had to pay more than expected, to return the vehicle with a full tank since I didn't want to risk being billed for that
