  This was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences we had during our entire trip to Seattle. The female manager working when we returned our vehicle was absolutely incredible. We had an issue come up involving pre-existing damage to the car, and instead of making an already stressful situation worse, she went completely out of her way to listen to us, look into what happened, review the information we had, and help us get everything sorted out. What impressed me most wasn’t just that she helped solve the problem—it was how she treated us while doing it. She was incredibly kind, patient, personable, reassuring, and made us feel like she genuinely cared about taking care of us rather than simply processing another rental return. We walked in nervous about what was going to happen and left feeling completely taken care of. We were already a little frazzled navigating Seattle for the first time and getting the car into the small parking garage, and both employees working were wonderful—patient, welcoming, and immediately put us at ease. But I especially wish I had gotten the manager’s name because she deserves recognition for going above and beyond for us. There are plenty of places where someone can rent a car. It’s people like her who make you remember a particular location and want to come back. Truly exceptional customer service and easily one of the best interactions we had in Seattle. Thank you so much!

  It's a small location so types of car available are limited but the location is convenient. Both employees working there when I picked up and dropped off the rental were very friendly and helpful.

  This Enterprise location provided a perfect rental experience. I have used Enterprise in many cities and the UK and they are all good but this location goes over and above to provide amazing service. If you are renting in Seattle use this location instead of downtown, it is not far from downtown and easier to return and collect car from than the busy downtown location.
