I came in around 2:30 PM on June 6, 2026, to extend my rental and pick up a new car, and the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I especially want to thank the young woman who assisted me. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name because I was busy transferring children’s car seats and belongings, but she was absolutely lovely. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This was honestly one of the nicest teams I’ve ever encountered in car rental services. Big shoutout to Enterprise Lake City and their amazing staff. Thank you again!

There's also a bus stop right outside, which is helpful, although they may also be able to give you a ride. One heads up, they've never asked me about if I want to return it full of gas or prepay, and the default is to fill it up before returning. There's a station right there if you forget, so it's not a big deal.

I asked if I could switch my assigned rental to a black Honda Civic that had just been returned and wasn't clean yet. Without any hassle, he said yes and magically had the crew completely clean, sanitize, and prep the car in just 15–20 minutes. Getting to drive my dream car for a 3-day road trip totally recharged my battery and brought my motivation back. Spencer and the service team went above and beyond!
