Overall Assessment Sales Representative Brandon was exceptionally pleasant and helpful during the buying process. However, I deliberately delayed posting this review for a few months to ensure the long-term reliability of the vehicle before giving feedback. Vehicle Issues & Service Experience At precisely four months of ownership, a fuel injector failed, flooding the engine with fuel. This resulted in a four-hour wait for a tow truck on Interstate 5. Upon towing the vehicle to the repair shop, I was informed that the dealer warranty was still valid, and the shop submitted the claims for approval. Unfortunately, the warranty covered only a fraction—roughly one-third—of the total repair expenses and rental car fees for the week. Management Response & Conclusion After paying the remaining balance out of pocket, I reached out to management to request assistance with the uncovered costs. It has been over five days without a response or follow-up. While I do not believe the dealership intentionally sold a vehicle with existing mechanical defects, the poor warranty coverage and lack of customer support following the incident were very disappointing. Consequently, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise. Larry sold me this 2023 vehicle less than a year ago. I also paid for an expensive additional warranty because I specifically wanted protection against unexpected repairs after purchasing a used vehicle. I have put LESS THAN 2,000 MILES on this car since buying it. Now, less than a year later, an independent shop has documented multiple significant issues. Their inspection states: • Both rear shocks are leaking and replacement is recommended to restore ride quality and stability. • Oil leaks are present, and the technician recommends an oil dye test to pinpoint the source of the leak(s). After discovering these problems, I contacted Enterprise expecting at minimum some assistance figuring out what was happening with a vehicle they sold me less than a year ago. Instead, I was sent to Jim, who essentially informed me that the additional warranty I was sold covers none of these issues. There was no offer to have Enterprise inspect the vehicle themselves. No offer to have their own technicians evaluate the documented leaks. No assistance in determining why a 2023 vehicle that I have personally driven fewer than 2,000 miles is already experiencing these problems. I was simply told they would not cover it. I understand that used cars require maintenance and that warranties have exclusions. What I do NOT think is reasonable is buying a relatively new vehicle from Enterprise, paying extra for warranty coverage, driving it fewer than 2,000 miles, and less than a year later discovering leaking rear shocks and an active oil leak — only to be told I am entirely on my own. I purchased through Enterprise specifically because I believed buying from a large, established company would provide some accountability and peace of mind compared with buying from a private seller. At this point, I’m potentially facing thousands of dollars in diagnostics and repairs on a vehicle I’ve barely driven, while the expensive additional warranty I was sold appears to provide no protection for the problems the vehicle is actually experiencing. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise get a completely independent pre-purchase inspection and carefully investigate exactly what their additional warranty excludes before paying for it.

I recently worked with Channelle in Seattle when looking for a new car. The first time I went in, she listened to all of my needs, answered all my questions, showed me all the cars I wanted to see. I left wanting to buy, but after sleeping on it, I wasn't ready. She didn't make me feel bad, she totally understood and only asked if I wanted to be kept in the loop on any cars I would be interested in. I said yes. A short while later, I was ready AND they still had the car I had originally wanted!! Channelle is fun to work with. She's kind, funny, transparent, and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured to buy. I felt heard and well taken care of. I highly recommend working with her if you're looking for a new vehicle.

I went in search of a car on a hope and a prayer after losing my last car because I got t-boned and it was a total loss. I was using one of enterprises rental cars and i had a choice to make. Continue renting and drain myselfy dry or put a down paymenton a new vehicle. I took a chance with Enterprise and one and one of their salesman named Hunter Hechtman took a chance with me and I walked out with something I never expected. He made everything understandable and broke it down for me so I wasn't confused. 10/10 customer service!! Thank you all for your hospitality and respect and thank you for taking a chance with me
