  Just purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Plug-In Hybrid from Enterprise Car Sales North Seattle. They really treated me well. Had a great experience and I am very happy with the car and the deal they gave me. The sales rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!

  I can not say more good things about the experience I had at Enterprise today. Chanelle was AMAZING. I was in a bit of a bind with an engine that blew on my previous car. This was the only place that was willing to help me out, with my negative equity (I have good credit). They went above and beyond to find the right solution for me. I just bought the car today. I felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.

  One of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had (I'm 60 and this was my fifth). A big part of that was my salesperson Chanelle! She was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with no sales pressure whatsoever. I really appreciated the quality of their vehicles, too. As they explained to me, they're NOT all former rental cars, but they've all gone through a rigorous certification process and Enterprise only sells the ones that ranked the highest (the rest get farmed out to other used-car lots in our area). I also appreciated their no-haggle pricing, and the fact that their salespeople do NOT work on commission. It felt like everyone involved was genuinely concerned with helping me find the perfect vehicle that fit my needs. And boy, did they! So far, I am over-the-moon happy with my Mazda CX-5!! And they took my trade-in, too! I sure wasn't expecting that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone in the market for a used car!
