  I bought my first car here 8 years ago, and liked the experience so much I came back for my new car last week! Lee was such a good salesperson, she made the process lightning fast and easy! Zero pressure tactics, which my anxious self was grateful for! They sell solid cars, and the only bad thing for them is that it’ll take another decade for me to come back!

  I want to express my deepest gratitude to Larry Barich for his exceptional care and support! My husband and I were looking to buy our very first car, and our friends recommended Enterprise. We found two Kia models we liked on the website, scheduled an evening appointment, and came in. Larry greeted us with such kindness and walked us through everything in a clear and friendly way. We loved the cars and decided to move forward with the purchase right away. Even though it was already late and the dealership was getting ready to close, Larry told us not to worry. He stayed with us, helped us complete every single document that same evening, guided us through choosing the right insurance, and made the entire process incredibly smooth. Thanks to Larry, we were able to drive home in our new car that night — happy, calm, and without a single moment of stress. It was truly the best experience we could have hoped for.   I just purchased my second car from this location and had the most helpful and pleasant experience working with Chanelle. The fair, no-haggle pricing is plainly advertised upfront so there need not be any of the painful posturing. Chanelle asked great questions to ensure I was looking at the right things. I will certainly return and will be eager to work with Chanelle again. Thank you.

She patiently helped us land on the car we wanted. She made sure the car was truly ready for us before it left the lot and went out of her way to accommodate our unique situation. On the occasions that Chanelle wasn't available, everyone else on the staff was just as warm and accommodating. It's clear that this team generally cares about its customers. We love our car and we loved working with the people who got it right for us.   I had gotten a call from Chanelle when she was notified that I was looking for a vehicle. Chanelle kept following up with me (as I had asked if she could). She asked me questions about what I was looking for. After she sorted thru what I was trying to look for she sent me pictures and the details of the vehicle. When I walked into enterprise it was very welcoming and it didn’t feel like they were going to try and fight for my business, but they welcomed me and took me Chanelle’s desk where I finally got to meet her face to face. I really can’t express how wonderful she is and how she did not make me feel pressured into anything. She had several cars in mind and then as we were in the lot I asked about other vehicles. I test drove and I was surprised I found a very clean fantastic running Ford Edge “2023” low mileage. If you go in I would say ask for Chanelle, but if she’s full on when you want to come in any of the sales people are super friendly.
