  כשהגענו למקום קיבלו את פנינו שני נציגי שירות אדיבים וחייכנים. בזמן מילוי הפרטים הסתבר שהגענו למקום יום אחד מוקדם מדי. התהליך של הוספת יום אחד מעבר למתוכנן היה מהיר וכל המידע הוסבר לנו בפירוט. שלב קבלת הרכב היה מעט מוזר: הבחור מסר לידנו מפתחות ואיחל נסיעה טובה. לא הסבר על הרכב, לא בדיקת נזקים טרום נסיעה, פשוט קחו וסעו. בעצם קיבלנו גם הסבר על תהליך קבלת כרטיס חניה ויציאה מהחניון. אנחנו אישית צילמנו את הרכב מכל זווית אפשרית - מומלץ בחום לכל אחד

  Fantastic experience from booking, pick up and return. The staff were exceptional, helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was too much trouble The car was great, the deal was amazing and made our journey a great experience. I will certainly use Alamo for our next hire. I would certainly recommend this company.

  Such a great experience. The check in process was smooth and easy to complete online. The after hours drop off was really convenient. The staff were kind and welcoming which made the experience even better. I will definitely rent a car again from this place because the prices and process were great

  I had a good overall experience here but especially with Micah, he’s an absolute gem. From the moment I interacted with him, it was clear he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping—not just doing his job, but really showing up with kindness, patience, and creativity. I ran into an unexpected situation, and instead of brushing it off or giving me a standard answer, Micah took the time to truly understand what was going on. He thought outside the box, stayed calm and supportive, and came up with a solution that completely turned my day around. That kind of care and problem-solving is rare. He didn’t just fix an issue—he made me feel taken care of, respected, and valued as a customer. You can tell he goes above and beyond because he wants to, not because he has to. Alamo is lucky to have him. If you ever get the chance to work with Micah, you’re in the best hands.

  Check in was slow and delayed due to only one person checking people in and cleaning of cars being behind. They made up for it though with kind assistance, free upgrade, coffee voucher, and discussion on what would finally make things right which ended up being a good reduction in total cost. No issues with car rented. Could clean up/organize front office.
