- DNDat NguyenAug 22, 20261.0Had to wait 1.5 hours after our pickup time to even get to the check in desk and another hour to actually get the car keys saying that they had no cars despite us booking months ahead of time and finishing the online check in early. The manager, Neo, was very rude, even threatening to cancel our rental, void our contract and give the car to someone else if we were unhappy with the service. Manager said he can cancel and void any contract for any reason just cause he feels like it, any complaints are met with threats of cancellation. Be careful if your pickup location is here cause the manager will just cancel your rental if he feels like it. Absolutely terrible service from this location and a very rude manager. Would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a rental, as you risk your rental being cancelled at the manager's whim.

Travis the manager was super nice, accommodating and all the guys we met who handed over the car as well as at pickup were all great. Definitely would rent from Alamo again, specifically at this branch!
