  Normally when I rent a car I have such a terrible experience with the quality of the vehicle and rude staff. Not so at this National location! From pickup, the staff member was super friendly and helped me pick out a Honda CR-V that was new, clean, and well-equipped. Upon return, the staff checked in and asked how my rental went and worked together to make it a very smooth experience. This was my first time using National, and I think I will be sticking with them going forward!

  Every time I pick up a rental car at your SEA location, I have to spend at least 5 minutes putting the car back into safe, drivable condition. I have to put seats back into position, close the glove box and center console, etc. I realize the cleaning staff must move things in order to clean, but putting it on your customers to put the cars back into place is not good customer service and provides a negative start to the rental experience.

  I get to use National when I travel for work. I choose to use National when I travel for fun. It's always super simple to just walk to the car, hop in, check out, and go. I would give this location 5 stars, but there needs to be a quicker way of getting to the off-site rental center than the shuttle. It's always a long line and a wait to get on the shuttle.

  The Team at SeaTac National was amazing from start to finish. The check-in process was great as I received a free upgrade to accommodate the space I needed for my family's comfort. I was extremely impressed with the return process as it went quickly and Scott was amazing in answering my questions, making the return process quick and help in finding our way to the shuttle.

  We had an excellent experience with National Car Rental at SeaTac Airport. The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish, and they went out of their way to quickly address an issue we had when returning the vehicle. The car was in great condition, and our week-long rental went without a hitch. The entire experience was easy, efficient, and hassle-free. Great customer service and a great rental experience. Highly recommend National at SeaTac!
