  I was renting a mid-size car at Seatac. I booked flts with Alaska Air and thru the pkg got a quote for a 6 day Corolla rental of $271, out the door. Unfortunately I was delayed to pickup the car and it was rented. Enterprise did have a mid-size car available and kudos for them having a car with no reservation (extra star for that), however in my opinion I was excessively overcharged. Enterprise automatically charges a "week" rate for anything rental over 5 days ($335). Enterprise then charged 35% in taxes for the rental so the total was $516. It will be a long time before I consider using Enterprise.

  WARNING: It seems as though a new scam might be afoot. I filled up the car 5 miles from Spokane Enterprise lot and was surprised that the clerk noted the fuel level was down 1.5 gallons. I quickly offered to show him the receipt and the dashboard indicator arrow past FULL to which he he noted Enterprise has new electronic gas sensors tho he would "let it pass this time". I am not one who keeps putting gas into any car after the first time the pumps stops, just as the gas stations discourage, but like to avoid any ambiguity about the tank coming anything but full when I return my vehicle. I am now concerned that this might be a new corporate maneuver to pad charges and likely not actually add the extra gas for the new client. Car was fine but fellow CONSUMERS BEWARE and drive safe!   I was in Seattle for work, and needed a vehicle that would haul a bunch of boxes of equipment for install at several sites, and sometimes haul a 6ft ladder. I was only aware of the Chrysler Pacifica, to be able to do this, along with a full size truck. I figured that there's got to be some other ones. While Enterprise's selection has always been really good, I've always worried that there is a chance that finding a specific model of vehicle could be a problem. In my situation, this is knowing what ones are able to have the seats fold flat and be able to haul a decent amount of cargo. Everything went well for the rental of the Pacifica, and upon returning I asked the staff member what other kind of options there could be. He walked me around the garage and showed several other options that I have for future rentals that could work for my needs. Marwan was awesome at Enterprise in SeaTac. He was unbelievably helpful, and went above and beyond in assistance.

  Had a midnight reservation for a full-size. There weren't many cars to choose from at the time. Customer service was great. I ended up changing my mind at the last minute and chose a mid-size. The initial rental agreement showed a charge for full, but a quick text to customer support fixed that immediately. Signage to rental drop-off after my trip was easy too. As standard practice, I advise anyone to document both exterior and interior damages prior to leaving. The specific vehicle I had noted front bumper scuffs on the rental agreement, but nothing about the significant front passenger door ding, rear bumper scratches, etc. When they asked about it, I was able to show timestamped photos I took prior to the rental agreement being signed. I still plan to rent with Enterprise again.
