  Car was good and pick up and drop off went well. However we were charged for a gallon of gas. We had filled up the tank a few blocks from the rental return. The gas filler clicked off which meant the tank was full. We drove the appropriately 4 blocks to drop off the car. Showed me the receipt which was less since we returned the car a few hours early. They didn’t turn on the engine or check anything. Got back to our room and reviewed the receipt to discover a $10 charge for 1 gallon of gas. It was full and this was a scam. Not pleased but spouses said no to raise the issue. Just beware when dropping off or check receipt closer before leaving. I only looked at bottom amount.

  I use a rental for business for 2 months at a time, this time around I did not have a good experience. I booked my flight and rental at the same time through Concur. My business pays for this so I don’t have to use my personal credit card but this time when I arrived they said they needed payment. I explained that the business pays for it and I booked both at the same time. I ended up having to provide my personal refit card. I called, my company travel department called and was told this was taken care of but my personal card still got billed. I spent so much time and energy to get this resolved. Then the car I had a setting that will lock the doors automatically although the car was running and the key fob is sitting on the seat. I had to pay for a locksmith and then I was told I would get reimbursed when I turn in the vehicle then told it was my fault and they aren’t responsible- long story short and after many calls and emails they finally said they would reimburse me. But I had to write a long email asking them to send this to corporate. I just felt like I spent too much time and energy calling them to fix things.

  Love Enterprise! This latest rental, the idiot light came on and stated a really low tire pressure. As luck would have it, it waited 5 minutes until I was in bumper to bumper on the freeway. I pulled into a gas station as soon as I could and filled it up praying it would hold. I then emailed customer service and asked what to do. They said return it to SEA! Um, no, that would not work given the time of day and my schedule. Noting that the tire light went away I proceeded to my destination. I filled it and it held. When returning the car I was asked about any issues and I explained. I was offered a $10 credit! Wow. I let you decide if it was enough. Nice gesture, but.

  Enterprise has been a good rental agency for me except for one minor detail…I always fill the fuel tank as full as I can before dropping the vehicle off at the airport. The tank is completely full except for the amount used to drive from the hotel to the lot and that isn’t very far. But about every third rental I see an additional charge for fuel…a little more than $9 this time. It’s not much but it’s irritating to get jacked for a few extra bucks on an already expensive rental. It’s the little extra charge that lets you know that they really don’t value you as anything more than someone to extract maximum revenue from. And it’s random…same drive using about the same amount of fuel every time but they only add a charge sometimes. And the per gallon price is stupid.

  Our experience with Enterprise at the Seattle Airport was excellent from start to finish! Figuring out the airport process to get to the shuttle area for all the rental car companies can be a little confusing at first, but once we arrived at the Enterprise location, everything was incredibly smooth. We were greeted by a team of friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful employees. The entire process felt like a well-oiled machine. When we got to the rental floor, one of the Enterprise employees greeted us, provided us with a card, and pulled up our information that we had already entered ahead of time. We were able to check in using the app, and then they explained that we could simply choose our car from the ones that were already lined up, with the keys inside. After selecting our vehicle, we just drove over to the booth, provided our driver's license, and that was it—we were on our way! The entire pickup process was incredibly easy and efficient. Returning the vehicle was just as simple. We drove to the Enterprise return area, they quickly located our account, checked the fuel level, and we were done. From there, we simply headed back to the shuttle that took us to the airport. I can't say enough good things about the Enterprise team at Seattle Airport. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient, and the entire experience was practically effortless. 100% recommend Enterprise! If you're renting a car at Seattle Airport, I would definitely recommend giving them a try. Great service and a great team!
