    This was the best car rental experience I’ve had in many years. The price was fair. There was no high pressure push to get me to buy extra insurance (though they did offer it. ) Picking up the car was simple. The biggest problem we had was connecting my phone to Apple CarPlay. It wasn’t just me. We asked one worker and he tried to get it to connect. When he couldn’t do it he called his colleague over and he finally got it to connect. It’s been a week and I’m having trouble recalling their banes, but I think one of them was named Kai. They were both kind and helpful. The other thing I appreciated was how easy it was to find the car rental return at Sea-Tac. It’s clearly labeled on the freeway, with clear directions until you turn into the rental facility. No crazy lane changes. We’ll be booking with Enterprise again.

    We used Enterprise to get from the airport to our home about 1 hr away. The journey to the rental area from Sea Tac was so easy to find! Then the people were awesome at the counter, the area to p/u the car and dropping it off. A big shoutout to Orlando for giving us legendary service at the p/u area! All the people we were connected with were really friendly and experienced. Something you don’t see in today’s busy working world. Thank you Enterprise!

    With all the talk lately about AI damage scanners burning people at rental car companies, I did some research before booking. And Enterprise has publicly said they’re not using AI scanners, and honestly, that was enough for me to give them a shot. Glad I did too. The app made check-in super easy, and when my flight got canceled twice, I called support to move my reservation around and the guy I talked to was genuinely helpful. Didn’t feel like he was just reading off a script. When we got to the lot, we skipped the counter and found Jack, who took really good care of us and made the whole process easy. Returning the car was smooth too. I had a small issue at the gas pump while filling up, and the guy checking us back in handled it without turning it into a thing. Stuff like that really matters. Would definitely use Enterprise at SeaTac again.

    I would usually give Enterprise a higher rating, but the rental car experience at SeaTac is horrific. It's awkward, poorly designed and time consuming. i know Enterprise is not responsible, but I will never rent a car from any company at that airport again. may 15 update - I do not hold Enterprise accountable for my terrible experience. It is the poor design of the entire airport and support facilities. Enterprise can do nothing about that. It is just a fact of the current setup.

    Overall, we had a good experience with the car. At the Seattle airport, we had reserved a mid-size SUV and as we were going to get the car, we were asked if we wanted an upgrade at no additional charge. We were given a full size sedan and were pleased with that, in our hurry to get on with our trip, we did not look closely at the interior. There were stains on the seats and in the back. While this situation did not affect the performance of the car and it did provide us with the transportation that we needed, I was still surprised at the condition of the interior. It was an out of state car and we were going to be leaving it at a different drop-off point; so that may have been a factor, but does not justify the stains. I did take pictures of the interior in case any issue arose with Enterprise about the condition but that has not happened. So my advice is to not assume that an "upgrade" is necessarily going to be better than what you had plan to rent in the first place!
