  The counter SEATAC rep was helpful and pleasant, the car was clean and in good condition even though it had 25,000 miles on the odometer. The return process was easy, fast. Note: The oil change was overdue and the car's maintenance alert was annoying each time I started the car. Last car I bought was a previous rental. Now I am concerned how well Alamo maintains its cars. At terminal shuttle pickup I waited 30 minutes for the bus and then four arrived at the same time, fortunately the line at the rental center for Alamo was very short.

  Not my first choice for a rental due to past experience. BUT from the website booking to the courteous return the experience was flawless, even if skip the counter was a bit confusing to a first timer. The car was clean, the attendant great in all respects, and the bill was even less that originally quoted, Maybe Seattle Seatac location is a fluke but this was the only element of my trip thru Seatac that was pleasant. Someday ask me about a TSA officer, a woman of some foriegn origin, with broken English, screaming at the Prechek passengers, pointing fingers and demanding that the person pointed at do "something", generally move from one line to another. Never have been treated with courtesy at TSA Seatac, but this was the worst.

  The gentlemen that checked us in were amazing. They were kind, funny, and ready to answer any questions we had about navigating the area. The one that showed us to our choice of vehicles was knowledgeable, and came out to greet us before we even got close. The lovely girl monitoring the exit was funny and kind, as well. Even though it was late (close to 11pm) everyone was in good spirits. When we returned the car, the gentleman that received it was super nice, too! It was a great experience from beginning to end. We were very impressed with the customer service. This will definitely impact our future car rental decisions. Thank you, Alamo, for ensuring your staff is properly trained in dealing with the public.

  We rented a vehicle from Alamo at SEA-TAC Airport and had a great experience from start. The pickup process was fast, easy, and very smooth. The representatives were pleasant, professional, and welcoming throughout the experience. Although the rental facility is offsite, the shuttle ride from the airport only took about 10 minutes and was very convenient. There was little to no wait time, making it quick to get on the road. The vehicle itself was excellent — very clean, newer model and fully equipped with modern tech features. We really appreciated receiving such a well-maintained car for our trip. Overall, it was a hassle-free and enjoyable rental experience. Highly recommend!

  Maddy, Shelby, and Mohaned from production went absolutely above and beyond for me! The car was fantastic - but I'm a fool and left my garage door openers in the car, so I had to return to collect them same-day. Luckily because of excellent communication, coordination, efficiency, and a desire to help out a customer when there was no benefit for them - I was able to have it retrieved. I own a business operating in 7 states and I can only hope that my teams operate with this level of care for our customers. Thank you!
