  Had an absolute blast! The vehicle was incredibly spacious, spotless, and made our trip even more enjoyable. From the rental counter to the vehicle checkout, the Alamo team provided seamless communication and outstanding customer service every step of the way. The pricing was also very affordable, making the entire experience an exceptional value. It has been a long time since I’ve experienced a company that truly goes above and beyond, and Alamo certainly did. I highly recommend Alamo Car Rental and will definitely rent from them again!

  We rented a midsize SUV from this Alamo location for our family's first trip to Seattle, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We booked everything online ahead of time, including a toddler car seat. We actually could have skipped the counter and gone straight to the garage, but we decided to stop by briefly just to make sure everything was in order. The line was short, and the representative in the parking lot was friendly, helpful, and had us on our way in no time. Even with checking in at the counter and installing the car seat ourselves, we were in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes. (The car seat isn't installed for liability reasons, which we expected.) The vehicle was clean, in great condition, and exactly what we needed for a week of exploring Seattle. The toddler car seat also looked almost brand new, which gave us a lot of confidence using it. Returning the SUV was just as easy as picking it up, and the toll charges were handled automatically at what seemed like a fair price. Overall, this was one of the smoothest rental car experiences we've had. We'd definitely rent from this location again.

  I’ve never utilized the accelerated check-in, and I was very skeptical. My concern was whether things were going to be delayed and if it really would be that quick choosing that option and not going to the kiosk. I was very happy with the process and the customer service that I received. There was a man named Willie, who really helped me out, got me to my car, and ensured that I could quickly get out of the airport garage with no issues. I definitely will go to Alamo again, and for sure choose the accelerated check-in option.

  Man, getting to the SeaTac Rental Car Center is the worst but I guess I should be grateful that time time it only took 1.5 hours instead of 2 hours from a couple of years ago just to get into a shuttle. I kept swearing to myself never again, but the staff at Alamo really turned things around. As soon as I got to the pick-up kiosk, I was instantaneously greeted by Travis who enthusiastically showed me which cars were available to me and graciously helped me pick one out. And then I had a little trouble with connecting to Android Auto and he so kindly got it figured out and I was on my way. He was truly exceptional in his friendliness and professionalism that i forgot all about my lost time waiting in that long and slow shuttle line. And at the exit, Courtney continued the friendly service and helped kick start a great visit to Seattle.

  Excellent customer service and processing time at the service counter! When we went to get a car we were met by a warm smile and cheerful Kayla. Kayla was professional and kind as she gave us directions on which area and cars to select from. Next, was the cheerful woman at the exit booth. She even had us smiling and laughing as we left. Finally, when returning the vehicle sealed the deal! Whatever training and education being given to Enterprise employees need to spread like fire to all the other rental car companies. Jack greeted us and did a walk around inspection our vehicle. He was professional, kind, and informative. He introduced himself, as Kayla did, and even shook our hands as we were leaving. We were so impressed by the entire team and process! Thanks for a great experience!
