  I have been a long time customer and, I’ve seen a decline in customer service and attention throughout the years. You all had screens where as a customer you could see the work being done and there was a sense of assurance and accountability. Your prices keep going up and now you don’t take Valvoline discounts when I as a customer provide the oil and filter and you still have audacity to charge almost $60 for just the labor. To the powers that maybe and CEO and all the shareholders, you’re running this business into the ground.

  Not good. Waited for 2 cars ahead doing full service. Not to big of a deal except they should a lane just for quick fluid checks. The guy comes up to me told him what I needed. He starts by checking and filling windshield washer fluid. He got lost after that, could not find the lipstick to granny fluid and checked my motor oil level Not asking me to shut down my engine for that part. Basic mechanical 1, motor turned off prior to checking engine oil level. He came back to me and said your a little low on oil and I asked him how low. He said about a quart. I said that's not a little low. So I called over a lady that works there, requested she take over he does not know what he's doing. She said no problem I shut down my engine she whether oil and it was right where it was supposed to be. So imagine if I did not know my basic mechanics. He would of added that quart put me over and damaged my engine. He needs to be let go/ fired. Did I mention my family and I are traveling and had all my full service done in our hometown of Longmont Colorado i had 2000 miles on this full service oil change. My car a 2017 Toyota Rav 76770 miles on it. People rely on trusting their cars are road worthy, im feel bad for the ones that are clueless and dont know what to look for.

  Incredible service and super friendly staff! I was in and out with an oil change faster than I expected, and they even gave me some great tips for maintaining my car. Definitely coming back for my next service!

  Went today around 6 pm, fabulous service! The young lady, Reesa was professional and was very knowledgeable. I didnt catch the young man's name but he was super friendly and very efficient.
