  Matt and crew managed to get my car in IMMEDIATELY when another shop kept giving away my reservation. Ended up being faster and cheaper than anywhere else that quoted me. One on one service, professional, personable and went out of their way to make the experience as positive as possible. Found our household's new go-to tire shop!

  I had a great experience with Tire Factory in Richland. I originally brought my daughter’s car in thinking she just needed a tire patched, but they found that the tire needed to be replaced and that the others were quite worn as well. My daughter had plans to leave town that afternoon, and they went above and beyond to get everything taken care of in about an hour and a half. I really appreciated their level of service, care, and consideration. Highly recommend!

  I needed a tire about an hour before close nobody had one in stock they had one in Pasco and ran to grab it and get it installed before the end of the day. I’ve officially switched tires stores!

  Sold me sports car tires that were 8 years old for my SUV and got an alignment at the same time. I didn’t realize it at the time, they just told me hey these tires are a good choice and so I went with it. The next year when I brought it into my mechanic, he mentioned my tires were old and wearing odd so might need to get them replaced. When I looked up the manufacturer recommendation, YOKOHAMA recommends not using the tire after 10 years regardless of tread. When I went into the shop, the manager told me that the years didn’t matter and that I got a good deal so it was worth it. He also said that anyone that knows anything about tires knows they can last past 10 years. While I understand that, I am frustrated I was sold 8 year old tires that the manufacturer says shouldn’t be driven after only 2 more years. And when I went into a different tire shop, they had a sign right as you walk in the door that showed loss of performance after 6 years and don’t use tires that are 10 years old. He said that my tires were wearing really bad and when I told him I only bought them last year he was surprised. It had only been less than 5k miles. He said they would help with an alignment, but I said well you aligned it when I bought these tires. Also, they recommended I change all sorts of parts on my car, and when I looked up more info and took it to another shop for a second opinion, I found out I didn’t need to. After all of this, I’m not feeling like I want to trust this location with my business.

  Amazing customer service Josh and the team got me in and out in a reasonable manner and time and helped us out big time. Appreciate the service all in all and would definitely come back again!
