  Should have explained the temporary surcharge on the bill. $4.85. Also, the price of the air filter was ridiculously high.

  Been to this place for years. Great service and friendly staff.but lately , if you use their discount coupon for oil change, prices will increased instead of saving money.

  My family and I have been bringing our cars to this location for years. Service at this location has usually been exceptional. I came in for an oil change on 08/16/2026, with my current car, a 2011 BMW, that I’ve had in for service at this location many times over the last 5 yrs. During the process, I observed that the oil they were preparing to put in my vehicle, was 0W/30. I’ve had 5W30 in all of my past visits. I intervened before they put the oil in. I was told 0W/30 was correct, despite the window tag from my last visit at this same location, showing 5W30 was put in my vehicle 4 months ago. I was given an additional explanation as to why the 5W/30 was not appropriate. I unfortunately, trusted them. The receipt was emailed to me (not printed) and I saw it after I arrived back home. The receipt showed they serviced a 2007 BMW, which was a previous car I owned (also serviced at this location over 5 yrs ago). 0W/30 was correct for my prior car. When I arrived there on 08/16, they scanned my VIN, so it should have brought up the correct vehicle info, with the correct oil information. I immediately called and went back to your location, to get the oil corrected. They agreed to correct it and did, without charge. After the work was corrected, I overheard the manager tell another worker not to release my car until the vehicle in the bay next to me was complete. He said he wanted both vehicles released at the same time. More important questions were needed on my part (correct car?), but on them as well, initially.

  Great service, very friendly. I appreciated that they are open seven days a week and that I did not have to wait too long to get my oil change. I also appreciated the extra services, Checking other fluids, tire, pressure, etc.

  The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, communicative and attentive throughout the whole process. I'd been to another "don't leave your car" type of oil change shop and felt that this process was even smoother and more clear than my experience elsewhere. Also, the competitor shop I went to claimed their full synthetic lasts 6,000 miles while Valvoline have me a sticker to return after 3,000. So either the other shop was charging me for premium and I didn't know it, or their oil really is "that much better.". Either way, I'll be returning to Valvoline at the 3,000 mile mark to get another top notch service!
