  I normally get my oil change done at jiffy lube I left my car with my mom and she decided to take it here to get an oil change they told her they had fixed the radiator/anti freeze reserve tell me why my car overheated a few days after returning from my trip and killed my engine/motor and I’m stuck on the highway mid traffic and have to replace the engine/motor for $4,000 and tow $280 diagnostic for $180 As well as sold her break lights when I just bought some a few months back when it had a wiring issue and still didn’t fix it

  First time customers get a $25 off oil change. Just call the phone above and ask. Or if thats not available they also have a $20 off coupon online. Everyone I interacted with was professional and kind. I was there for about 10 minutes. I’ll be coming back.

  overall this is my goto place to get my oil changes. service is good. sometimes it is a hit or miss when it comes to checking lights and putting coolant in the car. I noticed that those used to be checked off as checked even though they were not. So it's always feels like I have to ask or hope they do these things. on my car I was told my back tail light couldn't be changed because they thought it was a led light (wasn't a led) I went and fixed it myself. It is just those small common sense details I wish wasn't overlooked. It is a lil pricy to come here but overall it is worth it.

  After my oil change, the check engine light came on immediately. I had to diagnose the issue myself, and it turned out that an important sensor cable was not properly connected after the service. Because of this careless mistake, my car now requires additional repairs and extra time to fix something that should never have happened. I am very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the negligence of the staff.

  This has been our go-to local oil change for ~5 years. Occasionally I have to go elsewhere, and then am reminded why I value this place. At a minimum, the staff are always sincere, friendly, and fast. They offer various services, but there's no upsell pressure. The team is usually hustling, dialed-in and calling commands to each other like they're prepping for D-Day on Omaha Beach. Today, one of the managers (Jack) went above and beyond, advising and helping me make a small repair underneath the car at no extra charge. Quality interactions, quality service. Yes, price matters. But ultimately, quality wins every time. Thanks guys!
