  e was very dismissive and didnt seem to care about my situation. He offered no solution or remedy other then to send me on my way. A simple solution could of been to do the standard screening as they are supposed to and at that time inquire what oil the customer is needing, IF they know they are out of a specific one. There needs to be something implemented to communicate this to customers without it resulting in my experience, because it was just unacceptable. Or they could of done a visual check of what cars are waiting in the que to prevent someone waiting for service, just to be told sorry bye. His unprofessional attitude and lack of consideration for my wasted time was no concern of his. Basically a shrug of his shoulders. I have been a loyal customer for years. Never have I experienced such awful customer service at any of the other locations. Its a shame they will ruin your stellar reputation. Have dash cam footage to confirm experience as well.

  Sam was amazing he helped me so much and the girl checking me in helped turn my tire pressure light off they literally made my entire day! Thanks guys! All other staff were helpful as well amazing crew keep it up

  1st time trying this service. Professional, but not personable. They did not present the services that I was buying before service started. Never did get anything in writing. Had to ask what they were doing so I could decline some services, and then further had to specifically ask for services that were suppose to be included at no cost (like chassis lubrication). Also I did not find out until I was well into the service that they do not rotate tires although other locations do as advertised online. In the end never got a receipt because they misspelled my name and email address and had to call a call center in Las Vegas to get everything corrected in the system and get a copy of the service provided.

  My partner just took our van in for an oil change. We had gone back and forth where to take it. He wanted to go to jiffy lube and I wanted to take it to Valvoline because I thought they were more reliable. He ended up taking it to Valvoline, and after he left the van immediately started to make noises and the oil lights came on, so he had to return and have them fix the problem that ended up costing him over $300. I’m wondering why he had to pay for them to fix a problem that was their fault. Of course I feel stupid for having him bring in the van and regret being so adamant about him bringing the van here. If the oil change was not done probably and he had to bring it back to get fixed, why did he have to pay for their mistake?

  I had an amazing experience at Valvoline from the moment I walked in. The technicians were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. I came in for an oil change and a battery replacement, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. What stood out the most was not only their knowledge and professionalism, but also how kind and genuine everyone was. They made the whole process stress-free and took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this location 100%. Great service, great people, and an overall excellent experience. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding customer service!
