I was here a year-ish ago for a replacement key for a ram promaster. I didn't realize what a pain it is. Long story short I was there for 3 hours, paid $200, was lied to and never got a key. Thought I was over this but I'm looking again to get a key programmed and realized I'm still pissed. Lol. Avoid the service dept here.

My husband and I visited this Ram dealership this morning, hoping to view the comparison between their variety of trucks vs GMC brand. One of the sales staff employees was extremely unprofessional. Here’s a list:
1. Did not introduce their name
2. Walked the entire parking lot, when we were looking for a specific model
3. When my husband ask of a specific trim, the sales person did not answer and brush it off
4. Before we could even test drive, my husband wanted to see a quick comparison between the limited trim vs tungsten trim- immediately the sales rep said : “look I don’t all day, if your not going to buy”
Buying a car is a huge purchase. I get that sales is everything, but so is the connection of your customers. Save your time and money and never come to this Ram location unless you like to be disappointed, dismissive, or criticize.

My wife and I came in genuinely interested in purchasing a Ram 1500 and left feeling completely disrespected.
Before we even made it through the door, a sales rep came rushing out to our car the second we pulled into the lot. I'm guessing the sight of my BMW M4 made him think we had deep pockets and he could score an easy commission. That eagerness disappeared real quick once we started asking questions.
Despite practically running to our car to snag us, his actual "greeting" was dismissive and uninterested. There was no real introduction, no effort to make us feel welcome — just a guy who saw dollar signs when we pulled in and nothing more.
When I asked about the upcoming Ram 1500 with the new extended-range hybrid engine releasing next year, he had absolutely no clue what I was talking about. You'd think someone selling these trucks for a living would at least stay informed on what's coming to their own lineup. I knew more about the product than the person trying to sell it to me.
I specifically asked to see the Tungsten trim, and instead of knowing where their inventory was, he walked us around the entire parking lot aimlessly trying to find it — and never did. I then asked to compare it to the Limited trim to understand the differences in features and pricing, and rather than being helpful, he was rude and short with his responses as if I was wasting his time.
Here's the worst part — before we even had a chance to test drive anything, after he had already taken my driver's license and phone number, he looked at us and said, "I don't have all day if you're not planning to buy something."
Excuse me? You sprinted to my car to get my business, and now you're rushing me out? We came in ready to explore a serious purchase, and instead of earning our business, he rushed us and insulted us. That is no way to treat a customer, especially one who is ready to spend $60K+ on a truck.
I will not be returning to this dealership, and I'd strongly encourage anyone else to take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of other Ram dealers in the area who would actually appreciate a customer walking through their doors.
Do better.

Edit: I reached out to them that responded to my review but never heard back from their GM about this situation. It seems they don’t really take negative feedback and review to make changes for the better.
Hello, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with this experience.
Why was I scheduled for an appointment to see and purchase a car that had already been sold two days earlier, without anyone informing me beforehand? I drove an entire hour to your dealership, only to be told upon arrival that the vehicle was no longer available.
This could have been avoided with a simple phone call, text, or email. Please respect customers’ time and communicate more professionally in the future.
Possibly the worst service department ever. Made me wait 15 minutes after my appointment time to check in. Picked up my car the next day they said it was fixed. It was not fixed. They said they had checked and assured me the problem solved. Not.
Instead, they rummage through the center console, change the height of the vehicle, change the display and move my chair completely forward and then left my truck a mess. I called the service manager no response.
New update. As I was cleaning my truck, I found a 3 foot automotive repair tool covered in grease between the seat cushions in the back of my truck. This tool appears to be used to repair the headliner. It was covered in grease and now there’s grease all over the backseat of my truck again. I called the service department and got no response. Is there something less than one star
