  My sun visor had a recall on my 2012 dodgeDurango citadel,they replaced it ,then like 2 months after ,my sunvisor caught on fire and they didn't want to fix it,because how old my truck is .dont bring your car here,they do a recall on your car and it ends up catching on fire.

  I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a used 2023 Jeep Wrangler here less than three weeks ago, and I’ve already had to replace the battery, the tires need to be replaced due to tread issues, and I’m now dealing with shocks that are going out. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency about the repairs and maintenance supposedly completed on the used vehicles they sell. I don’t feel I was given an honest representation of the condition of the vehicle I purchased. I really wish I had listened to the negative reviews I saw online that made me hesitant in the first place. I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt, and now I’m thousands of dollars further into a used vehicle just weeks after purchasing it. The only positive thing I can say is that the finance manager was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the overall experience. I would not recommend this dealership and strongly suggest having any vehicle inspected independently before purchasing.

  We paid cash for a used car. We let the sales guy go through his speech on warranties and respectfully declined after it added $18k. They tried to charge me for equipment already in the car and I negotiated the price to what it should be. Instantly got an attitude. After 45 days of calling and texting the sales guy, no response the 2nd time, to check on the license plates, I called as the temporary license expired and magically they were there. No call to us. Bad business, not customer focused once they get your money.

  Very disappointed with the customer service. I called more than twice and even left a voicemail because I was interested in a vehicle and wanted to know if it was still available. No one ever returned my call. I was a serious customer interested in purchasing a vehicle, but the lack of communication made me feel like they didn’t need or want my business. At the very least, someone could have returned my call and let me know whether the vehicle was available. This is why I generally prefer Toyota dealerships. In my experience, they have been much more responsive and professional with customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would take my business somewhere else.

  Purchased a vehicle at this dealership been over a month still no license plates or title for the vehicle!! Called several times and nothing!! IMHO a hard pass doing business at this dealership ever again. Plus $80k truck and give one key and no key for the wheel locks. IMHO stay away!!
