  I’ve brought my Jeep to this location twice now because the Seattle location is always booked months out, and I have nothing but positive things to say! I’ve only dealt with the service department, so I can’t speak to sales, but both experiences have been fantastic. Jesse in service is an absolute standout! Incredibly friendly, attentive, reliable, and genuinely helpful. Both times, Jesse has gone above and beyond to make the entire process as seamless as possible while minimizing the inconvenience to me. They have such a calm, reassuring presence and really make you feel like you’re in good hands. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, and Jesse deserves some serious recognition for it!

  Got a letter in the mail from a company called lendward saying they had a program to pre approve me getting into a newer car for similar cost of what I’m paying now. Only reason I decided to drive the 30 miles north. Sounded to good to be true but I trusted it. Called and confirmed it and they made it sound like they take it as is and the goal was to be able to make money through another lender. I then get told very rudely and talked to like a child by Andrea saying that it will not be anywhere near and actually almost double the price as they will tack on the 9000. Be very careful and don’t waste your time with these letters. I’m Sure they got other good reps that talk to you upfront but they are just to eager to filll their own pockets nowadays. I get the struggle with selling cars is real But this is NOT how you do business or make someone trust you. If I was gonna roll over my negative equity it would’ve just been done at a place much much closer to my place. Will never return again and gonna buy elsewhere.

  One star is being generous. Completely inept. Service doesn’t answer the phone and can’t get Jeep warranty people on the phone in a week? I can only imagine sales is even worse if they can’t figure out how to service vehicles under warranty. The place is empty nearly everyday of the week and now I see why. Get ready to get screwed and waste a bunch of time and money if you’re unlucky enough to try to do business with them.

  I’ve had my Jeep for less than a year and it is only two years old with less than 40,000 miles on it. I brought it into this location for recalls. After the recall service appointment. My car started breaking down and malfunctioning with all of the hazard lights on and then the battery would die. This happened three times in less than a month after the service recall appointment. I am a single mother with a special-needs child and all times I have been stuck on the side of the road with no help. Now this is the fourth time that I brought my vehicle in so they can find a resolution from what happened from that recall Service appointment that day because my jeep has never broke down before and there was never any problems with my battery whatsoever now this location is telling me they want $600 for a new battery when none of this is my fault. I am livid and I am reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. Do not I repeat do not bring your jeep to this location. They will only damage it and create an issue.
