I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I forgot my physical driver’s license and only had a photo of it on my phone. While I understand that company policy may require the physical license to rent a vehicle, the explanation I was given—that they “needed to scan it to pull up my reservation”—didn’t seem accurate or transparent. I would have appreciated a more honest explanation of the policy. What really left a bad impression, though, was the customer service. After telling me they couldn’t rent me the car, they also refused to give me a quick ride to the nearby light rail station, even though it was only a few minutes away. A small act of courtesy would have gone a long way. The most disappointing part was how I was treated as I was leaving. The manager and staff barely acknowledged me, and it felt like I was given the silent treatment. Whether intentional or not, it came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I walked out feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Policies are one thing, but customer service is another. Even when you have to tell a customer “no,” there are respectful and empathetic ways to do it. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.

I went to rent a car today and had a bad experience at this Enterprise location. A woman and a man with long hair—both Spanish speakers—treated me poorly and offered absolutely no help.

Worst rental experience in my life. I was 20 minutes “late” because my plane was stuck on the tarmac for 45 minutes waiting for a gate to open up. By the time I got to the location it was 20 minutes after close but all the employees were present at their desks and behind the counters. (Aside from the 2 employees talking seductively to each other outside in the parking lot). HR might want to get involved on that one ^^^^ Anyways they said they couldn’t give me the car I ALREADY PAID FOR and had booked ahead. Also they wouldn’t credit it to another enterprise location or future rental. AND OF COURSE No refund either. So you’re going to keep my money when NO PRODUCT OR SERVICE was provided. What a scam Zero help or courtesy was extended. So guess what? I had to stand in the parking lot with my suitcase and wait for an uber to bring me BACK to the airport to rent a car from a competent company So I got scammed out of the rental price and 2 unnecessary Ubers in the end. And they treated me like I was dumb. It is a terrible idea to offer bookings so close to your hogwash “closing time” Don’t promote cars you can’t / won’t rent out. If your hours aren’t accommodating don’t waste people’s time getting them in the door. Of course enterprise will say I should’ve communicated this fact to the pilot so he would’ve parked the plane faster! To close: I recommend you remove all rental advertisements from the weekend I will NEVER use any enterprise location for this life or the next. I will pay double for literally any other company from here on. Or Better yet I’ll get a schwinn 22” from Walmart and bike where I need to go. I will say the sales side was kind to me when I walked in so I don’t want them in any trouble but the rental side is useless. Thanks, random sales guy No thanks, Enterprise Rental

Huge line for rental pickups. I wish I got the name of the Rep checking everyone in/out, she was fantastic and the only person at the counter. Reassured my opinion of Enterprise as the place to rent cars, when you have to.

Made reservation online 1hr before arrival. (They pick the vehicle!) Waited 20 minutes before being helped. Waited another 45 mins+ still waiting.
