  The gentleman that helped me the morning of the 24th appreciated my need for a vehicle with a larger trunk than what I had reserved. Despite the limited vehicles available, he was able to locate the one full size car on the lot, and allowed me to rent that vehicle instead. I'm poor with names, but he was the only gentleman in the office, when it opened that morning of the 24th. He deserves recognition

  After making a reservation at the Sunset Renton location, I checked my confirmation the morning of pickup and discovered it showed as cancelled online. I immediately began calling the office at 9:00 AM when they opened and continued calling repeatedly until after 10:30 AM. No one answered, and the phone eventually disconnected. Unable to reach the location, I contacted Enterprise customer service. I was assured the issue would be escalated to the branch manager and that I would receive a callback before my 10:00 AM pickup time. That callback never came. With no communication and no way to confirm whether I still had a vehicle, I was forced to scramble and find another rental just hours before a special occasion. The most frustrating part was receiving a call from the Sunset location around 2:00 PM asking if I was still planning to pick up my 10:00 AM reservation. When I explained that I had been calling repeatedly all morning with no answer, I was met with excuses about how busy the staff had been instead of an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I understand that unexpected situations happen, but customers deserve timely communication and follow-through —especially when they are relying on a reservation. This experience fell far short of that standard.

  All of the people working at this Enterprise location were absolutely fantastic to work with. Especially DeShawn when I went to go return the vehicle and was having trouble unbuckling the grandbaby car seats and couldn’t get them without his help.

  If you rent from this location, remember to take all the pictures before get in the car, cause the employee in there wont respond for this. The day I got rent this car, it already crack a big hole on it, and I ask them it gonna crack more and they told me it’ll fine, dont worry about that. And after 3,4 days later (Im not even drive the car in highway, just working around this store), its a sunny day, after work, I got out the car and I saw it crack more from the hole, then I bring the car back there, they said it fine, dont worry, then they give me another car. I thought it was done and grate for them a lot. But today I just receipt and mail said that I had to pay for them ($580) for that crack? “it’ll fine”? This is ridiculous. So you have to pay your own money to buy a cover fee before rent the car so they wont charge this? Like i drive carefully and safety, and they want me to pay for the damage already have in the car just go more badly? This is unreasonable to choose this place again!
