  My sales consultant Preston was super down to earth and easy to go through the process with! The manager also was extremely helpful with any issues that came up. They gave many lower miles reliable Toyotas at this location! Def check it out.

  I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience because of the exceptional service we received from the entire Enterprise team. They were very busy when we arrived, but while we were looking around, Fred came over, introduced himself, and took the time to ask us what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the specific car I wanted wasn’t available at that location, but Fred went the extra mile, checked their inventory, and found the next best option for us. The vehicle was at their Tacoma location, and within just a few hours, Fred had it moved to the Renton location and called me to come in for a test drive. Throughout the entire process, I never felt rushed, pressured, or pushed into making a decision. Jaycee was also amazing. He was calm, patient, and very easygoing during the test drive. He handled all of the paperwork, and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. They also gave us multiple convenient options for making the payment, which made the entire process even easier. And the service didn’t stop there! Paul, their delivery driver, drove all the way to Oak Harbor to deliver the vehicle to us. He was also incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. The entire Enterprise team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was our second vehicle purchase with Enterprise same location, and based on this experience, it definitely won’t be our last. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant car-buying experience. Thank you, Fred, Jaycee, Paul, and the entire Enterprise team for making our experience such a great one!

  My experience overall is excellent! The moment I walked in the store I felt welcome and the level of customer service I received from Alyssa is definitely top notch. She’s definitely the reason why I decided on my purchase on my new car without too much uncertainty and concerns. Will definitely recommend this location!
