Unfortunately, I was past my Ford warranty, but the team went above and beyond to find a replacement transmission that is known to be more reliable than the original. They initially estimated about two weeks for the work, but they finished it in roughly half that time. The pricing was clear from the beginning, with no surprises on parts or labor. The truck now shifts smoothly, and I feel much more confident driving it. What really stood out was the follow-up: about a week after I picked up the truck, they reached out to see how everything was running. That kind of post-service care is rare.
