- CHChad HDec 21, 20251.0I went the store tonight, it was 10 min before closing, I got what I needed and went to cashier at 8:54 pm. Tried to pay in cash and was told that they aren’t taking cash because they closed the till already. It was $96 total. So I left and tomorrow I’ll buy what I need somewhere else.

I thought I was very lucky on getting one and I really appreciate everyone in there. Everyone is very nice and helpful when it comes to getting what a customer needs. Will go there again whenever I need something. 10/10

My car wasn't running at the time, lost my receipt...pissed away almost $70. If customer doesn't have a receipt but has the original packing/still brand new, it would be nice if Auto Zone gave an in-store credit. Other than selling me the wrong parts AND not making it right. They were polite while they were screwing me over.
