Horrible experience with staff members. I went today to ask if the lightbulbs I bought 8 months ago have warranty cause one just burn out. The employee was sassy and indifferent. I end up going to O’Rille and the staff members there were so nice and they even came to my car to check it out and explain me. That’s a real costumer service right there but this Autozone store here is not great. Has not been the first experience like this.

I had a stuck oil filter that I couldn’t remove with a standard oil filter wrench. Employee Chris provided me with the proper tool. He was professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Chris saved me serious money and humiliation from having to take it to a shop. Once I got home, I used the tool and had the oil filter off in under 10 minutes.
