  I had a fantastic experience at Valvoline in Redmond! I went in to have my antifreeze/coolant fluid replaced and exchanged, and the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. The manager, Clark, was incredible to work with. He took the time to walk me through everything they were doing, explained the process clearly, and made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. I really appreciated his knowledge, transparency, and willingness to answer all of my questions. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, especially when having work done on your vehicle. Clark and the team made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Thank you, Clark, for making the experience so easy and positive! I will definitely be returning to this Valvoline in Redmond and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service.

  Honestly the best most honest oil change I've ever gotten. I've been having some noise in my engine and I noticed that my oil level was very low and these guys went through all the steps of looking into if I had a leak or if I could be burning oil and walked me through everything. Even said I could come back to see if there's leaking near the filter in the future. Super helpful, go here if you are in the area!

  Delayed review, not sure if it directly reflects the service capability of the location TODAY, or if it still reflects their standard SOP on how to check if car/truck is ready to be back on road. However its likely still reflects how the company stands behind their work. Below is just a summary of my last service experience and how a 10yrs+ long term customer ended relationship with Valvoline. On a Friday afternoon I came in to do a quick oil change 30min before closing. Not sure if the guy was new at the time but it took about 75min to finish the oil change. After completing the job, right after get on the main road my hood popped open (without safety latch engaged) while i was going 35miles per hour. I called back at the shop and they told me to come back tomorrow, they will take care of me. The next morning I called back as per instruction, but the manager immediately denied the responsibility by saying the operator did close my hood, if I want a video recording of it, I can get a lawyer and request it that way and directed me to contact with the regional manager. Through the conversation with the regional manager, I tried to explain that I am not here for their money, or additional services, I just don't think this is the right way to treat a customer, the conversation ended as there is nothing they can do for me, if I want to watch the recording to proof they did try to close my hood, I can go back to the shop, any other requests I need to get a lawyer. At the end of the day, yes their job is to do oil change, however I think from service perspective they should at least make sure the hood is properly latched to ensure driver's safety since they are the last person touching the hood, otherwise they should ask the driver to come down and check the car condition before asking them to drive off. In regarding of customer relation and owning their work after the service. I have to say this is a truly disappointing experience.
