  I had some issues with my car and the manager Clark was able to help me out and get my car right and gave the absolute best. Customer service! him and his team are so nice and run that place so well.

  They did a whole oil change and did not replace the oil filter, which should be included with the change. I paid $70 for slightly better oil, and had a new air filter put in, totaling up to $92. I had to get a new oil change a few weeks later. Would not recommend this place, as their workers don’t seem completely experienced.

  Brought my car here April 27, 2026 for a rear differential fluid service. Eleven days and 105 miles later it was leaking. An authorized VW dealer documented in writing that the gear case had been drained but never refilled — run completely dry. That destroyed the bearings and cracked the housing. Valvoline even charged me for 3 pints of gear oil that never made it into the gear case. Repair: $8,882. I filed a claim (CS3068560) — and Valvoline is refusing to make me whole, offering only $6,000 against a fully documented $8,882 dealer invoice. A routine fluid service should not end with a destroyed differential. Keep your invoices and photograph everything to be able to bring it to court

  I went there for what should have been a routine 10-15 minute oil change and it took them over 20 additional minutes for replacing the oil filter due to their "broken tools" (I understand the clearance isn't easy to access, so I can look past that because a lot of people have had trouble getting to it). However, when I got back home I found my entire engine bay had oil residue all over it. I will not be coming back to this location, as I do not trust their work and I don't know what the undercarriage looks like (I'm going to get it inspected). They told me the engine cover underneath had some oil on the side of it left from someone else, and they didn't follow up if any of it had been cleaned up after that. I have to add that every other Valvoline location I've been to they've at least attempted to save me money with online coupons, however that was not the case here and I felt like I was just being upselled for things I didn't want or need. Just disappointed because other locations have generally done a good job.

  Excellent service! All of the staff were extremely positive, friendly, and professional. They worked quickly while maintaining high-quality service. I visited on June 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM for an oil change, and everything was done perfectly, including a tire rotation. Everyone working there deserves a raise! I previously used the Valvoline location in Bellevue, but the Redmond team provides an even better experience. Thank you again to the entire crew for the outstanding service!
