  I went to Valvoline today for a battery replacement and oil change, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel confident that my car was being taken care of. Special shout out to Katip for being so kind, helpful, and patient while answering all of my questions with integrity and honesty. Great customer service like this really stands out. I truly appreciate the experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

  Clark was so helpful, he took the time to explain everything and checked everything to make sure the car was ok for my dtr to drive. Super friendly and helpful! This will definitely be our oil change spot!

  Clark at the Redmond Way Valvoline Instant Oil Change is an amazing customer advocate! He absolutely would not give up trying to solve the key fob problem and electrical glitches in my CRV after his team performed a routine battery change. He kept saying he might have to send me to the Honda dealer - but then he'd try one more thing - and in the end, he solved all the problems himself and did it with a smile. I'm so grateful for his knowledge, experience, tenacity, and sense of humor. He's a GEM, and so are all the other folks at that location. 10/10 would recommend.

  Been coming here for a couple of years now to service my 5th gen 4Runner now with 236,000 miles. The shop made a great upgrade when they put Clark in charge of the shop. He’s truly a car guy that knows his stuff and always has a big smile. 5 stars all the way. Kelsey did a great job doing the dirty work. Highly recommended!

  The team at the Redmond Valvoline treated me like gold!! I was in quick and out fast!! The while I did not opt for any extra services this time. I was clearly explained each of the services my 2006 Subaru needed. I appreciate this level of commitment to making sure I know what’s what with my aging supercar!! Ha ha. I do love my car and feel the folks at Valvoline sincerely want to be sure I will be able to love it far past the 216k miles it has now!! Thank you!!
