    Cyrus was amazing. Truly the best oil change experience I've ever had. The team was quick. Cyrus was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of. I live about 30 minutes away and will making the trip back to this location due to the awesome customer service.

    Did the job but I absolutely didn’t like how the staff communicates and felt there was a rude or condescending undertone to whatever the interaction was. I have been to other jiffy lubes - the staff explains, they tell there is an option to sit in the lounge.

    I'm not savvy with vehicles. I came in with a few questions and they went above and beyond for me. They showed me how to do basic maintenance and topped off my coolant free of charge. I highly recommend this place — outstanding team.

    Went in for quick oil change, and got a headache that took more time and money to resolve. I will not be going back to Jiffy Lube ever again. After the oil change, they topped off my coolant. When I got home, the coolant leaked out on driveway. Days later, the low coolant alert came on, and the reservoir was empty. Can’t drive car anywhere with no coolant so I called Jiffy Lube to help. They advised me to drive to another Jiffy Lube to get it diagnosed, and was put on hold when I asked more questions. I was worried that my car was leaking coolant, which is serious—it could cause severe damage to the engine, so I took my car to a reputable mechanic. He diagnosed the issue as human error. They could not find a coolant leak and the only thing that would explain what happened was that my coolant was topped off while my engine was hot (which it was), and that the cap wasn’t screwed on all the way. I ended up paying for $125 for that inspection + another $250 to flush out universal coolant I had used so that I could drive the car to the mechanic.

    I had a completely different experience here compared to my visit two months ago. Two months ago, I brought my CR-V in for a basic oil and filter change. I was charged the advertised website price of $119.99, received a $10 coupon discount, and the service was straightforward with no issues. Today, I came back with a different vehicle for the same basic oil and filter change. A different crew was working, and I was initially quoted about $170. I was surprised because I had paid $119.99 recently and couldn't believe the price had increased by nearly $50 in such a short time. I opened the Jiffy Lube website, entered my vehicle information, and the website still showed the same $119.99 price. When I asked if they would honor the website price, I was told after a lengthy discussion that the official website pricing was "not accurate" and was shown a printed brochure with a higher starting price. After the office manager arrived, he explained that pricing had changed but eventually agreed to honor the $119.99 website price. However, the $10 coupon was not applied, and an additional $10 disposal fee was added. The most frustrating part wasn't the final price—it was the inconsistency and the long argument required to get the advertised price honored. It felt like the amount charged depended on who happened to be working that day. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.
